I liked it.
I think I should have told others to look at the climate rules, because one faction kept getting absolutely nowhere from trying to conquer a freezing region as a temperate faction with no bonus.
I like the regions being smaller too, in most risk maps someone just spends the first 5 turns at least trying to conquer Germany or Russia. Gets are good as well.

Yeah, the first time this map was played, i disregarded the climate bonus, it was too complicated and balanced to keep track of, which is a shame, since its an inovative feature and i wasted a lot of time it only to not use it later...
