I say this as it is possible to make a virus or other disease only target specific portions of a population (e.g women, those older than a certain age, etc) or a certain race. Thanks to differences in genetics. This is legit science to some degree but wasn't explored too much by anyone but the USSR.

If we made such a disease, we could eliminate the africans without ever risking too much. A good idea would be to use something like the flu; as it will kill rural, farming populations thanks to it's natural carrier, the chicken. and to help it along it's way, how about trying to invest in African agriculture; subsidies for buying new animals (chickens, ducks, cows, sheep, goose, pheasant, turkey, pig, etc), equipment or other such things.

The economies in South east asia in real life sustain some of the largest economic growth in the world by use of chicken farming, since they are easily cared for, produce meat and eggs whilst being very cheap because of their high birth rate / efficient reproductive cycle.

The AFRP’s leaders, as well as two MPs and four deputy MPs, flee to the stronghold of Vaduz, where they decree that the ARFP does not only stand for the Alps and the Rhine, but also for the Alt-Republican, and that the German government must be pushed back on the path of democracy. With that, the second secession of the ARFP from Germany is declared. 57 divisions of Free Man’s Corps are raised from the ARFP’s lands, and NCP and KN influences in ARFP state legislatures are dismissed as the new republic begins to consolidate its lands. They are aided by over a quarter of the army defecting to their side, as well as the entire East African colonial force, hoping that their secession will calm the enraged local population.

The KN-NCP coalition, for its part, recruits 17 divisions of party militia from its ranks to replace the lost army divisions. This is problematic however, as unlike the ARFP they are still under the jurisdiction of German law, which forbids the raising of party militias. They must go through proper training and assignment, a three-month program, before they can fight, or face the court and the Emperor. The Emperor for his part is simply tired of all this internecine fighting, only wishing for the Empire of his Grandfather to be united again.

As for the other parties, the Green party has not announced its support for the government, most of its members having fled after the Cleansing of the Reichstag, while the KRP has thrown its lot in with the government. It faces a problem in the unrest in its French provinces, who see Germny’s weaknessas a chance to get free of Germany once more. The Lithuanian regional government, which is not controlled by any mainstream party, has opted for neutrality as well.

As Germany prepares to tear itself apart once again, the nations of the world look on in horror. Who will come out on top?

My core areas are Czech lands and Northern Germany/and Prussia. So from the Czech border my party does all that they can to help the troops move into Bavaria and the rest of the ARFP lands. Despite ARFP attempts to launch counterattacks, they don´t see much success outside of Oberbayern, where most of his troops are professional. The German Empire continues its occupation of the Rheinland as it demands the surrender of the African provinces. The Africans are very resistant to surrender, however, as they fear the wrath of the people should they make peace.

In the core lands of the Rheinland, German air superiority means that more paratroopers are being dropped down than the battered anti-air defenses can handle, their defences being made up of mostly improvised Flak guns and gas attacks. Many people within the large cities now attempt armed resistance against the ARFP party with paratrooper support and leadership, troubling ARFP supply lines.

In Bavaria, Randy continues to demonstrate his eccentric nature as he shouts at AFP soldiers to "1v1 me faggot" and "I'll fooking rek u skrub" in clear English. He also claims that the ARFP will abolish the Reinheitsgebot in Bavaria, but few believe him.

The ARFP for its part attempts to storm Berlin, but fails due to a lack of manpower and supplies, the rebels being deep in German lands. It appears as though the ARFP hasn't quite realized the reality of their situation, and their troops start to wonder if the war is really feasible as rockets rain down on their already half-ruined positions. Their mood picks up, however, as news of a Polish rebellion is Posen are heard on their radios.

Tunisia gives up and decides to follow the orders telling them to stay put. The Confederates are told to please vacate the islands, but they excuse themselves and say that it will take weeks, if not months, to organize that.
