Simple tools include crude non-machine tools: Hammer, Saw, Wrench, Screwdriver etc. as well as a Welder (which Connor made from the laser rifle in part 1).

Lets go north since that's relatively unknown.

You head north, deeper into the desert. You trek for several hours before you see some men in the distance. They appear completely naked. There are six of them, 2 saddled baqarah stand at their side. You bring up your scope to get a closer look.
They aren't naked. They are wearing bodysuits made of...human flesh. They seem to be discussing something. Then one of them hits the other. The other is knocked to the ground. The first takes out a knife. The one on the ground rolls back and grabs a spear from the baqarah saddle. In one motion he throws it at the first. The spear pierces his neck and falls to the floor. Immediately the others crowd around their fallen comrade and begin tearing at this flesh, eating it raw.
