You fire, the glorious machine in your hand kicking up dust from the ground as it sends a flying hunk of metal speeding towards the Combat Servitor's leg. You can almost see the impact in slow motion, the spraying of oil, dried up blood, and the metal in it, all being flung out of its proper place as the bullet does its work.

The hulking Combat Servitor tumbles down, the joint in its right leg mangled beyond imagination as the round you sent flying does its glorious work. It falls down to its other knee, and remains there, waiting for you to come into range of its weapons.

The other one notices this, and goes still for a moment as if redetermining its course of action. As you watch, metal plates move into place over its knees, protecting them from further damage, but also impeding the motion of the immense cyborg.

You have four shots left in your Hand Cannon, your left arm and shoulder are still extremely damaged, and there is a sizable gap between you and the still moving Combat Servitor.
