A few miles northwest of Winnipeg, an american plane has crashed, shot down by a Luftwaffe patrol unit. The Hull is fucked, but the interior seems to be mostly whole. The contents seem to be some sort of suspension device, so whatever cargo it had must've survived the crash.

The US POWs are asked to write letters and submit photographs to give to their families back home, and promised that they will be delivered and uncensored. They will feel free to write whatever they like.
The letters are varying in nature, some describing a fondness for their German captors, others a will for peace so that the men can reunite with their families, quite a lot about anger and disgust over the German invasion and the "bastard krauts taking over our country", but most describe sorrow, the sorrow of death of friends, family, and fellow soldiers. And a wish for revenge. The POW camps have seen a noticeable uptick in violence after the program was started. Should the letters be sent?

The letters are sent to the United States, and the US Post office accepts them. Unfortunately is will take a lot of time for them to be sent, since you nuked most of the US Post Office's regional HQs.

The suspension device is moved to Greenland for further study. There scientist wait to figure out what exactly the device is, and how it can benefit the Germans.

30 divisions are shipped off from Germany and towards Canada. they will arrive next turn.

Despite having just nuked much of the German army, the American army has been slow to capitalize on the German losses. Although some areas along the front have been seized, and the US having thrice the German manpower in the north alone, the Americans just can't seem to muster the strength to conclusively defeat the German forces. Many even ask if there is a point to fighting, as the situation looks ever more bleak by the day.

The chairman of the KN party gives a rousing speech in front of the Reichstag and the American ambassador, claiming Germany wants nothing but peace, decrying the Truman government and his presidency, and pinning the blame for the war on America. It is broadcast across the United states and in its wake over 37 men decide to take up arms and rebel against the government. They are promptly arrested. 12 US soldiers surrender near Havana.

In Key West, the somehow still-existing foreskin of America, the Siegfried Pact deploys 30 divisions from its Latin American front to invade and secure Southern Florida. Unfortunately a combination of poor infrastructure and 650.000 US soldiers keep them from advancing too far, and as the Americans start redeploying men to take care of the issue it is clear that the attack was predicted by them. Still, for the first time in the war, German troops have managed to occupy American soil.

After an examination of the suspension device, your scientists in Greenland confirm that it is not very remarkable. What is, however, are its contents. Inside it is a 180-kiloton US-made nuclear fission bomb, unscathed from the crash. It seems like the Americans were going to nuke your divisions in Winnipeg as well, but failed. The weapon can easily be converted so that you can detonate it, but then again it might carry a bit of risk.

The Japanese, for their part, have encircled Chongqing, and even though the British have taken up defensive positions in Southernmost Turkestan, the liberation of the area is almost complete. So far the Shan state has also been captured, and Tojo estimates the Yunnan will be first to fall next month. China is given six months to live at most.

You manage to push back the American forces in Maine with Panzer spearheads and Schwerpunkt attacks, forcing them to retreat to Augusta. You could try going Northwest for an encirclement, or move down the east coast.

In Florida, 220.000 US soldiers find themselves encircled in Tampa Bay as German armour goes around the front, braving the filthy Florida swamps to bring victory to the Vaterland. The Americans reroute whatever supply ships they have left to Tampa, cutting off Havana for the most part. The Havanan garrison still refuses surrender.

You move down the coast of Maine all the way down to Hampton, Hampshire, where local militias have started to become a problem. Especially since these ones have developed tactics. The town has had to be cleared out house from house, as groups of militiamen hide inside single blocks and fire once German soldiers walk into the street. Nevertheless, you can still make some progress, but your flanks will always be on the defensive.

You begin starving out the defenders in Tampa Bay by deploying U-boats to sink the American supply convoys, as another 100.000 men move into Jacksonville to replace them. Your U-boats are unfortunately only able to sink a portion of the convoys as fleets from Puerto Rico keep harassing them.

In New England, the German Neu England Armee reaches the outskirts of Boston. The Americans have now raised their conscription laws even further, and have gotten almost 700.000 militiamen to defend the city from their seemingly infinite manpower pool. Luckily, they do not manage to do much but defend the suburbs, as 30 new divisions arrive to wipe out any resistance inside of the frontline. The Italian ones, with considerable experience fighting militias, are especially useful in this case, as they can help eliminate the guerillas inde the front as well as those streaming from rural NH.

An American assault in Québec is repelled, with a record 23.000 casualties sustained by German forces. The Americans seem to be reinforcing every front now that they have expanded their manpower pool.

In Boston, we are going to do a daring raid that probably won;t work, but we gotta try. They will then exfill and go behind German lines where they will be transported to Greenland and then to Germany.

In Quebec, we need to make a move before the Americans get too comfortable. Launch an assault across all fronts with our Panzers leading the charge. We can't give time for the Americans to rest

In Boston, the front has slowed down immensely due to a blend of tough militias and an unwillingness to invade inland areas. Therefore you have decided to take the most sensible course of action: Get a zeppelin all the way from Germany and kidnap a bunch of researchers. At first, the plan seems to be going well, as you kidnap over 2/3rds of their staff members. However, the zeppelin catches fire just before landing killing half the scientists. Luckily, most of the mathematicians, radar technicians, applied physicists, and some guy called Trump survived (Germany says they will make America safe again, can't even keep their own zeppelins safe(SAD!) What losers!)

In Florida, the Tampa pocket is seeing small riots break out. Food is scarce, and the commanders' resolve grows weaker by the day. They will have to surrender soon.

After breaking through near Terrebonne, your panzer divisions flood through Laval and open up the Americans front. Montréal is surrounded, and only three days later the garrison surrenders. Similar events play out in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Sherbrooke, bringing the Québec front all the way to the U.S. border, and opening up a path into the area south of Ottawa.

You launch an attack into the Tampa pocket, and it crumbles like a house of cards before your onslaught. With the Québec pockets, you now have over 350.000 American prisoners to take care of. Skirmishes with American conscripts begin on the outskirts of Tallahassee and Panama City, with the same militia tactics being seen as in the north being used against your troops.

A breakthrough is made north of Boston, and this time you send a team by truck into Harvard University in Cambridge, which has unfortunately been mostly evacuated due to the ongoing war and the kidnapping of hundreds of MIT faculty a few weeks ago. Nevbertheless, over 100 teachers, staff and students are fond and flown by cargo plane to Greenland, where they are being kept and debriefed on their situation along with the MIT staff before being sent back to Germany to work for the Empire. Only a dozen have decided to go to your side, since most of the people remaining in Boston were there to aid the Americans in their fight, but in time a good chunk of them should see the light.

Three U-boats sail through the Golden gate into San Fransisco Bay, and make landfall near Brooks Island under the cover of darkness, where agent from the Midwest have been redeployed to provide supplies such as food, some fuel, rowboats, and a dozen cars. After making some stops at Berkeley U and Stanford, the Germaqn soldiers drive back with 50 researchers in tow, before striking again and kidnapping another 30 the next morning. Unfortunately, eleven Germans lost their lives trying to get the soldiers out of the campuses and into the rowboats, but eighty applied physicists, doctors of medicine, radio electricians and others are safely moved out of the US and into the fart East, a foul-smelling place in Japanese Kamchatka where the US authorities can't find them.

As the fight over Boston provides little results, the Ottawa front finally collapses as the US drains it of men to protect the Northeast. An all-out retreat is ordered to the US border, and in the chaos an opening is made in the fronts at the Great Lakes and Manitoba, allowing your armies to start moving south and west.
In Florida, an effort to move from the West to the East coast sees large success as the US army is forced to move back to Jacksonville and Miami, and are helped by the unbearable Florida heat, which slows your advance down slightly. Still, the Americans are vulnerable. They will not last for long.

American POWs are sent en masse to England, to help up with the non-priority repair work. This mainly means repairing railways inland that don´t connect industrial centres to ports, and that service small, more rural areas.

Thirteen more US scientists decide to join the German fold, although many still stubbornly insist not to serve the men their people are at war with. A noticeable trend is that the relatives of known soldiers are the ones documented to be the most resistant to your efforts.

Complaint centres are set up for locals in hopes of reducing resistance in occupied ares. The Americans don't have the stiff upper lips of the English, unfortunately, and mostly just tell your staff to go fuck themselves. Militias are still very active, though a few people have abandoned them for the chance of screaming at a small, emotionless German guy in a suit.

A few Catholic missions are sent up to the Baltic countries, which have some success in Lithuania converting local Orthodox and Muslim peoples. the Latvians and Estonians, however, are not pleased with the missions, and demand they be restricted to Orthodox areas, with the Estonians going so far as to call it "an insult to our two nations' Protestant brotherhood".

Also I have a suggestion for a really stupid plan that is at the same time quite funny, I call it "terror from the deep".

We send modified subs carrying demolitions experts in scuba gear to destroy american bridges across rivers and such near the coast. Along with sending troops equipped with flamethrowers to start fires in parts of the same places.

This isolates certain cities, inconveniences the populous, damages industry and otherwise reduces the Americans tactical, logistical and strategic abilities.

This plan is pretty cool, but to go along with this, I have another secret plan.

In Hastings Nebraska, there is a place that supplied 40% of the munitions for the Navy. We are gonna fly German paratroopers over the border in the night, drop them, and then return back to German lines. These paratroopers will have weapons, but they will be caring huge amounts of explosives. They will travel by trucks and cars either stolen or dropped by the plane by parachute, and will travel to Hastings. They will then plant explosives at as many of the bunkers as possible, and then leave to a nearby field where a few planes will come to pick them up and fly back towards the border, where we will be causing a diversion 20 miles away

As the Confederate states expand into Texas and New Mexico and capture the last of Missouri, and begin occupying southern Nebraska, their demands for their rightful lands are accepted, and Virginia and Kentucky move into the Dixie fold. The confederates have quickly gathered a quarter of a million people under arms, and begin to aid you in your move west.

As the Eastern seaboard falls, the Americans hole up in New Jersey and in a defensive line along Cape Charles. You begin moving into the Caribbean isles of Britain and Free France, and the islands of Anguilla, Saint-Martin and St. Barthélemy quickly fall. The occupied French government claims the isles, but some in the Reichtag want a West Indies federation to control the area, and Sweden lays claim to St. Barthélemy.

You expand the New England Authority as the military occupation is transferred to the Authority, and the local bureaucracy is immediately put into reconstruction in order to make a functioning government.

Fighting moves into Central Wilmington as Cape Charles refuses to surrender. Troops from the US, Canada, and even a few from the UK, France and the Dominican Republic are found fighting in the key town as the Americans grow desperate to keep German forces occupied, fearing a full flood into Western America.

Speaking of the Western flood, you manage to move across the rest of Illinois and half of Iowa, while the Confederates advance at breakneck sped in New Mexico. Operation Fall Santa Maria, the invasion of Hispaniola, is put underway, and the areas around Tortuga, Barahona and Punta Cara are occupied along with Southern Haiti. Manstein and Paulus are given the task of preparing to open up a second, amphibious front in South Africa. This will require a lot of recon and resources, and will be ready in two turns.

Von Braun's space program is given considerable resources, including the pick of those who enlist in the German Foreign Science Program, which aims to recruit top talent from other countries to benefit German research.

The south Africans are allowed to keep their apartheid regime, with a few concessions towards blacks and coloureds in order to pacify the local black population as most whites have fled. Still, you make sure that the black population is kept under a watchful eye, which could easily be done by coloured folks. The last states of Africa for a while are created: Guinea, from French and British Guinea; Liberia; the Ivory Coast and the Botswana Territory. We're the party that ensure that even in the time of war we uphold our morals and ethics. It was a long and tiresome 5 years, but the worst of it is over. Fair wages for every German citizen so they have enough money for a TV a car or vacation
4. Closing tax loopholes
It wouldn't be fair for the taxpaying German if big companies get away with avoiding taxes
5. Financial aid for young families
We want a big population so it would be a problem if young families can't afford more than two kids
6. Fund gun clubs ( Schützenvereine) vor Veterans
This will make our vets socialise and gun clubs have always been prominent in german culture
7. Moderate anti drug campaigns
Some people may have been psychologically scarred by the war so they are prone to abuse drugs.
Don't lock them up and illegalize them but provide treatment.
8. Improve relations with basically everyone
We can't have anti german movements anywhere so we must provide aid for the guys we fucked up (almost everyone).
9. Improve infrastructure (especially in big cities)
At the start not everyone will be able to own a car so we need a lot of public transport. Subways and Tramways inside the cities and trains and maybe even zeppelins for longer distances (staff the zeppelins with security personnel so we don't get 9/11'd
