Why do we need discord groups or Skype groups when we already have a general on /qst/?

A few anons brought up Madotuski and her followers. Do people not remember how awful she was to the point that we had dox wars against players or people not apart of her group couldn't even play in their threads? What is preventing the circlejerk in this discord from making the same mistake of turning into a cult of personality similar to that of Mado?

I was an observer to the whole collapse, TL;DR incoming.

Madotuski got a lot of shit because the moderation in her chat was akin to that of a literal cult of personality. Infact, all her mods didn't meet her through Risk, but through an anime fan chat called Aoki. A lot of risk players did not like her at all, but were forced into her Skype chat that is known as RC. Why were they forced into a Skype group? Risk was simply too large on the site for it not to be considered a community akin to the quest people on /tg/ back then. She actively got people to harm themselves or do shit for her in real life, or else you couldn't play in a game hosted by anyone in RC (easily 50 or so hosts out of 110 people). If you called her a trap (she is a trap), you also got the same treatment. Her whole thing collapsed when /mlp/ people like Suo got together with major /pol/ risk players like Montie, Thoth, and Lancelot to form a major alternative community to her own.

RC collapsed because /mlp/ and /pol/ got tired of her shit and especially because /mlp/ was getting excluded from Risk as well as banning it outright, so players from both boards literally triggered her and her inner circle of cucks for months before she nuked her own chat and map collection. Now the remaining RC people are dying out while the TC people (continuation of the original /mlpol/-oriented Freedom Chat are starting to merge with anons from the Discord at the urging of Suo who runs TC.
