In the middle of the room you see a wooden ladder with leaves growing from it. It appears to be made of twigs.

There are no phantom doors no key holes or anything special in the main room so we go to the top right room.

In the top right room you find three wood stump jumpers (Attack by jumping on you) They have 8hp and do 5dmg
