There is a wise and ancient saying, that War never changes. That moral still hang true when in 2278 a mighty war raged on between two ancient factions, who were merely one of the same centuries ago.

But now that war has ended, some years ago. The Capital Wasteland is "thriving" now, that the Potomac river is purified of all radiation and filth. Groups and animals unheard of have moved into the region, making the Capital Wasteland more bloody and brutal than every seen.

Time will tell who will fight to live for another day or perish against the winds of apocalypse.

Wastelanders: The commen people. The survivors. These people ancestors have all survived the initial brutalities of the Great War and beyond, continuing their bloodlines whilst fully knowing the future of the wastes. (+5 to Bartering with traders or other factions. Varied occupations.)

Tribals: Not every human has remained "civilized" throughout the duration in the Capital Wasteland. But "civilized" is a niche word to stretch when in the Wasteland. These people now the way of survival better than most and cling onto newly formed religions.(Cannot understand or be understood by other factions; Different language. Expert survivalists and tracking will be easier.)

Super Mutant: WOT!? YA TILLIN' MUH THA DA MOAR HUMANS MOVIN' IN? REMOVE HUMAN!

Roving Trade Band: We sell goods, at any bargained price. Telling here to there, it really is the bomb. Our wares are always being sought after either hostilely or with great reassurance we finally made it. Many of us die out here, but such is the life of trading.(Master traveling ability. +15 to all Barter situations. High encounter chance.)

Vault 108: Gar-..Wait..What..I can think clearly now?(One Gary gains sanity. Still can communicate with the other Gary's to organize them. Cannot communicate with other sapient life. +10 to melee rolls.)

Qloagh Remnants: Year after research Flagship Zeta has been destroyed. It was supposed to be a simple Millennium study after Flagship Prot'za observed a Millennium ago. It wasn't..Now we hide in this "metro" system, shadows of what we were.(Very hard to play, but insanely overpowered faction. Cannot gain more population. 40+ roll bonus to Mechanics and Science.)

Cult: Somewhere between Tribal and Wastelander, cultists of all sorts have moved into the Capital Wasteland region. Many serve many "gods"..From old world celebrities from magazines or some fucked up abomination.(+15 to speech rolls, leader maybe a psyker or have a rare FEV mutation)

Defense Intelligence Agency Remnants: The DIA was tasked with one thing: Intelligence. They were the best of the best and their agents innumerable..Since the bombs hit, they've gone by doing what they did best besides Intelligence. Assasination. Few of this ancient pre-war clan exist, but they are not even ghost stories told by the fire. They are never seen. Never heard. If they are? Well that seer will vanish.(+20 to all stealth rolls. Cannot recruit outside faction

Ghouls: The most reviled group in the Capital Wasteland. They are a hardy bunch and many of them have lived for centuries. Usually they keep to themselves.(Extensive pre-war knowledge, feral ghouls never attack)
Mutants: No, not SUPER mutants..Just former humans who mutated so much from the background FEV..There something else. The variation of mutations are randomized(Loathed by more "civilization factions. Military at could be OP)
Custom Faction: Think up a faction. Nothing too OP.

Its been a full ten earth months since the Flagship was destroyed..A mere human did so, which brings a great downward spiral in everything us Qloagh stood for. Now we fester in this abominable "Metro" as humans call it.

Starting location: Generator room deep in Metro corridors.

Population: 14 Qloagh, 2 Support Drone, 1 Guardian Drone[Medium Damage]
Food: x23 Rations, x4 Suqiazfk Squid, x20 Likazd Worm.
Known Scavengable Food resources: None
Accessible resources: Scrap Metal, 7 small proton cystals, x2 Iron ingots, Scrap circuitry.
Military: 5 Qloag Security Guards, 1 Guardian Drone[Medium Damage]
Equipment:x5 Stabilizer wrench, x6 Worker Gear, x9 Gravity Beam Gun, x3 Repair Gear
Weaponry: x7 74h Atomizers, x4 UU1 Disintegrators, 10 Shock Batons, x30 Standard RT-9 Blasters
Structures&Holdings: Generator Room(Camp Site). Makeshift research lab(Cleared out section adjacent to Generator Room.)
Territory: Becton Station(%3)
Science: Qloagh Knowledge, Pre-War Knowledge, Extensive Genetic Knowledge, Robotics.
Religion: None
Morale: Neutral, but somewhat still depressed from Flagship destruction.
Culture: Continued objective of research. Praise the Buttercup! Survival is the utmost importance.
Misc. Resources: x29 Cooking supplies, x43 Surgical Tools.
Resources: x456 Power Cells, x156 Power Modules, x90 Zetan supplies, x2 Zetan crates, x1 Epoxy{Crudely built}, x70 Scrap Metal, x30 Scrap Electronics, 20 Fusion Batteries, x1 Buttercup.

Tlakz' Naisk has taken leadership of this small remnants force. Right now they have lost many from the horrors of the Metro, so they have isolated themselves for quite a time. After a year, Tlakz' Naisk has decided to come off code red.
