Also it would be great to find out what they discovered in the crater of Moscow, but I guess that they will be protecting those information too good.

If some money is left invest it to rebuild some infrastructure and public needs.
Hopefully this way the Canadian and (former) US public will calm a bit down.

Also try to unite them by installing more propaganda. Keep portraying Japan as a danger to humanity (they apparently destroyed half the world!). A sense of community is important in our situtation. We can't risk a civil war.
