After entering the mineshaft, the cube shakes violently, and dirt caves in behind us. With the shovel on the other side, looks like the only way to go is deeper in the mineshaft.

Having forgotten his backpack, the man checks his pockets and retrieves some string, and a clean rag.

He then opens the box, revealing an electric diamond shard, warm and comforting. It gives a slight glow, enough to navigate the tunnels by.

The golden cube slowly dissipates.

The man continues deeper into the mineshaft, until he can only barely fit through the winding burrow.

Soon, he reaches a room nearly large enough for him to stand in. The rock here is smoothed, and there's a large trapdoor in the middle of the room. By it is a welcome mat. There are screams heard inside the room below.

The man sharply knocks on the trapdoor twice. As the screams abruptly stop, the locks on the trapdoor can be heard clicking.

In a flash, the hatch flies open, and a giant mass enters out of it. The screams resume, now revealed to be made by the creature.
