You are the ruling coalition of parties in the new Kingdom of Germany. Recently we have annexed the Czechs, and have had elections. We also have begun preparing for a possible Soviet attack.
While I am not the mighty QM, I am going to make the new thread for him.

Anyway,
As you have forged a great alliance against Bolshevism out of the old feuding states of Europe, relations between you and the Soviets have deteriorated significantly, as tensions rise and both sides build up their armies: Still, for now a fragile peace reigns in Europe.

Well we aren't nazis. But i don't mind dismantling the Soviet Union.

More importantly,
Massive status updates
>infrastructure project
>state of the colonies
>state of recently intergrated territories
>the cost of extending our projects into those states and countries
>state of the army
>deficit/debt
>pie chart as to where we are getting our dough
>situation in Eritrea update
>Asia update

And I think that's about everything that we should get a report on.
>>
>>479873
And I wouldn't mind retaking Alsace and the corridor, Along with taking Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Unless, of course, the Netherlands like us?
>>
>>479873
>infrastructure project
Completed at long last! Germany now has a >99% penetration of electricity and running water.

>state of the colonies
Liyia has had it's infrastructure overhauled by the Italians, and again by Germany. While tentative at oil-drilling exist, agriculture is the main source of wealth and work, along with various manufacturing plants. Libya produces 80% of all the food it consumes, and plans are to increase that with water-drilling south of Jebel Akhdar.

>state of recently integrated territories
Austria is virtually the same as it was before it was integrated, and is comfortable with its spot within Germany.

The Veneto, though well developed and long since recovered from the war, still feels out of place in Germany, with many wanting re-unification with Italy or even independence.

Czechia is much more divided. While the Bohemians seethe with discontent over the defeat of Czechoslovakia, where they had hegemony over the nation, within Germany they don't even have the vote. So far the fresh memories of the war keep the area from descending into turmoil, but German people and authorities feel quite at unease within the area, with many cases of anti-German sentiment turning violent being known, though not reported to the mostly Czech police.
The Moravians are less angry, having only seen the war in it's last stages, which was mostly routing of the Czech army and an ordered occupation. Becoming part of the large German market has been a great boon to their civilian industry, and the recent order of 20 tank and anti-tank divisions has helped their military industry, the backbone of the local economy, stay afloat.
The Sudetes are glad, but disappointed, since their government has turned more German, but they do not have the rights other German citizens have. Excluded from Germany proper, many are campaigning for the land to be made its own Bund or absorbed into other ones.

>the cost of extending our projects into those states and countries
Austria already has, while Lombardy and Czechia already have decent projects in place. Upgrading them would cost no more than 750 million RM.

I'll make another post in a minute.
>>
>>479985
Upgrade and extend those projects, keep our foreign workhorse working.

Give the Czechnians the right to vote, shame we didn't do so during the election.

Grease up Italian relations and bassi oh make a free in and out pass with the Italians living in the Lombard region and the Italians in Italy to us, which should make them less frisky.

We need to switch over those domestic jobs that finished the infrastructure in Germany to either military, give them grants for entering higher education, or have them be paid to go up outside and continue their work in our sphere. Give them options as workers of the state.

Nice to see that Lybia is doing well. We can leave them alone for now.

>state of the army
The army currently has 665.000 men in 48 divisions under employ. It's composition is as follows:
-22 infantry divisions (17.000 men in each)
-3 cavalry (10.000 men in each)
-15 motorized infantry divisions (14.500 men in each)
-4 armoured divisions (5.000 men and 200 light tanks in each)
-3 panzer divisions (7.000 men and 350 tanks in each)
-1 artillery divisions (4.000 men and 200 artillery in each)
In addition, 20 Panzer, 20 anti-tank and 10 Fallschirmjäger divisions are being trained.

The Fallschirmjägers are seperate, totalling 36.000 men in six divisions.

>deficit/debt
Gurrent gov't spending is 32.1bn RM+ 6.7bn RM in building and training new divisions.
Current Gov't income is 33.75bn RM, making this year's deficit 5.05bn RM, or 3.5% of GNP.

Current debt is 62.3bn RM, or 43% of GNP.

>pie chart as to where we are getting our dough
Not very good at pie charts, but here you go

>situation in Eritrea update
The situation has mostly been cleared out, with many tribes still angry but keeping their rage under control by the fear of genocide.
>>
>>480123
As for the army we need support weapons and specialist training upgrades. We need specific areas in our sphere to be reserved for the training of troops and testing of equipment. A place in the alps, one in Finland, one in lydia, one in a heavily forested area of Romania or some such and one in an agean island. This should ensure all of our troops and our allied troops have proper training across a multitude of different conditions and our equipment has the best testing and overall qualities in the world, all that were missing is conditions in a jungle.

Shit, the faster we get done with these major sphere and expansionist projects the better. We should look forward to lowering the overall corporation tax but include heightened specific ones pertaining to banking mostly but also outsourcing of resources and capital.

It would be better for our gap if we cut tariffs for the most part, but we should wait for that after we get our surplus going.

>Asia update

Although the Japanese have been rebuffed at Wuhan (thanks in no small part to the German weaponry bought and salvaged by the Kuomintang) they still press on, with much of China still being under the boot of Japanese occupation. Having opened up several new fronts in the south, Japan presses dangerously close to the colonies of Hong Kong and Indochina. Tibet remains neutral, while Xinjiang has had a coup, and now proclaims itself the Peoples' Democratic Republic of Turkestan.
>>
>>480226
We can't remain neutral in this.who are we to fight?
>>
>>480273
The Japanese, they are clearly facist and need to be put down lest they conquer the world. Also fascist economical policy demands isolationism and barred off trade, meaning Asia gets closed off to the west if they succeed.

Pearl Harbor hasn't happened yet. When it happens we will offer to join the war on the behalf of the us. We will fight in mainland China, install sympathizers within the government, grab some minor concessions like hon Kong, maybe a couple islands. And them bam, it's all good. Facism is done and we get good Asian deals.

Estonia already has 10 and Latvia has 2, so where do you want to put them?
>>481312
Relations between the US and Germany are cordial, but not friendly. They are formally welcoming towards us but there is no love between the two governments.
Europe is split into two factions: those who tolerate you and those who are your spherelings/puppets. Eastern Europe (Poland excluded) and Italy fall into the former while Western and Northern Europe are in the latter. For now though, the threat of Bolshevism hold the co-operation of European powers together, creating a fragile alliance.
>>
>>481375
How much do they cost?
Build 18 more in Latvia, and 10 in Estonia.

Well I don't know how long it is gonna be until Russia attacks. But I don't think we should weaken ourselves until after Russia is dead.

Build both of them, we need to slow down the Russians while it will cost a bit, it will save us men and slow down the Russians for the Allies to come help.
>>
>>481711
They'll be done in six months, at a cost of 1,4bn RM.
>>
>>481764
Worth it, when the war picks up we're have major defenses,
Also build some forts in the country south of Latvia if they try to bypass the forts through Poland.
>>

So you want to invest in Eastern Poland?
>>
>>481917
Nah the Russian will most likely invade Eastern Poland and part of the deal was no German soldiers, so Poland gets no forts
>>
>>481927
So you want to invest in Lithuanian forts and leave Poland to its fate?
>>

At the same time, news come of a coup in Afghanistan. King Mohammed Zahir Shah has been killed, and across the nation the new flag the new Democratic Republic of Afghanistan is being raised. *The revolutionaries announce "a new era of proletariat rule" is upon Afghanistan.
>>
>>483707
Well hold a meeting with the Japan and Turkey see if they can join the alliance against Russia.
>>
>>483763
Send some spys get some proof is this the works of the Russians. Show this proof at a meeting with members of the alliance showing what Russia did and keep doing.
>>
>>483764
You offer Japan and Turkey a meeting, which Japan declines for war reasons. The Turks prove more willing to negotiate, but claim that joining the alliance would prove very unpopular, due to anti-German sentiment held by the common people. They also cite the fact that the Soviet Union has hitherto respected their sovereignty, and joining the alliance would make them prone to attack.
>>483768
Spies are deployed to Afghanistan to find evidence of Russian meddling. They will dig up any trail they find of Russian influence.
>>
>>483792
Well send spies and see if we cam find out where the Russians are going to attack first.
>>
>>483833
Are you talking about sending spies into the Soviet union itself?
>>
>>483854
Yes, but make sure we forge some papers saying that the spies we send are officers.
>>
>>483856
What kind of officers? Bear in mind members of the Anti-Comintern coalition are not allowed within the borders of the SU and her puppets.
>>
>>483906
Just supply officers, from Russian backgrounds. To know where there supplies are at and is lower risk to get in.
>>
Rolled 35, 88 = 123 (2d100)

>>483938
Alright then, please ignore this roll. You send some Russian agents into the Soviet union, disguised as supply officers. Being deployed to various supply depots on the Western front, they will send back reports every month (or faster if you so desire) on the goings-on within the Union.
>>
>>483951
How about our mid west spies? Are they getting any useful info?
>>
>>483951
That;s really risky. The Soviets were good at finding spies
>>
>>483986
Mostly they are just increasing support for Germany. Again, the Midwest is not exactly a place where much action happens.
>>483998
Yeah, but you got a good roll.

>>
>>484074
We're doing work in the mid west, now it's time to expand to the North West and the Southern states.
>>
>>484091
Well the Midwest has a large German population so they might be a little more responsive to Germans.
>>
>>484145

>>
File: Eastern front.png (65KB, 777x1078px)
Eastern front.png
65KB, 777x1078px
>>484193
You just have to hope nobody finds them.

The Afghani spies find little info, besides some Soviet-printed communist literature in the country. Since the SU produces almost all communist literature in the world, and neighbours Afghanistan, it might've got there by illegal means, but there is a chance the Soviets might've been pushing communist literature into Afghanistan. No proof that they were behind the coup, though.
In the SU itself, you get some real results. According to agents, the Red army is ordering supplies to be shipped to somewhere around 200 divisions, and at least 50 divisions equipped with some sort of armour (tanks, light tanks or armoured cars). Furthermore, the existance of a few more forts has been revealed.
>>
>>484262
Jesus Christ. There is no way we can match that. Have us call the British War department and speak directly with the Prime minister. There could be leaks everywhere
>>
>>484262
Well I think we should set up a secret meeting with the leaders of France, America, and UK. We have to show that the Soviets are preparing for war.

Don't tell about our spies if they ask lie and say there in the tank division.
>>
>>484288
The better question is how to deal with the flood of men that are gonna be heading our way.
>>
>>484295
Well to deal with the flood of men with have to mow them down. Take out there industry centers so they can't make weapons.

Also telling our allies allow them to prepared, and have there own men to send. The Americans we can ask to give us some tanks and planes. We're going to need our allies help on it.
>>
>>484283
>There is no way we can match that.
Well, in a year you will have a total of 108 divisions, 47 of which will be armoured. If you're willing for the economy to take a dip, you could conscript enough infantry to match that in a year.
>>484288
Very well. You set up a meeting, wanting to convince the leaders of France, the US and the UK that the Soviets are on the warpath. how will you convince them and what do you want done about it?
>>
>>484309
That's a good point. Anyway, just display the evidence. They are sending massive supplies to over 200 divisions as well as outfitting them with tanks. No nation needs that much ordinance unless they have a large empire or are planning military operations. Now we should not throw the first punch. Let themselves throw each other against the forts and we will be standing behind them, ready to attack. All I ask is to bring some units home and have them on alert.
>>
>>484309
Well first of all show them they made 200 divisions ready to be used at a moment notice.

"With this many divisions of men and armor they will crush Poland in less then a month."
What we should do about it, is to make some forts in Poland Eastern Front and be perpared for a attack from the SU. That to be ready to make some divisions of men and armor, and be ready to ship them to help us protect Poland lands.

Because It's not a question of if but of one of when.
>>
>>484319
>unless they have a large empire
The Soviet Union is currently the second largest nation in the world, which might be considered a "large empire".
>>484333
While the Allies have some reasonable skepticism of the Soviet Union being ready for war, since the buildup isn't extraordinary for a nation of its size, they do agree that defenses should be built up. But how, by whom? The UK and France already have 50 divisions of expeditionary forces stationed in Poland, and an even larger buildup might press the Soviet Union to respond in kind.
>>
>>484468
>The Soviet Union is currently the second largest nation in the world
And just like the Mongol Empire, it is mostly mountain and tundra. Sure they have a large border shared with many countries, but they don't have much to protect except their rich oil fields.
>>
>>484503
And? I think what QM wanted to say it is that they have both large borders and large population, which justifies their large number of troops.
>>
>>484468
Well get the US to provide money to build forts in Poland and some tanks.
>>
>>484526

shiet 4got to delete naem
>>
>>484528
We can ask, but it will have to go through Congress
>>
>>484528
Do you mean by borrowing or by outright demanding they pay for the fortification of Poland?
>>
>>484532
It's too late, we all know your secret identity now.
>>
>>484546
Borrowing we can't demand it, have the president go through congress saying that markets to sell American goods like in Poland will be over if the SU takes over Poland
>>
>>484616
The United States agrees to let you borrow up to 2.5 billion$ (5.5Bn RM) in order finance this defense project, interest-free. They expect to be paid back in full in ten years, though.

Anyway, my throat feels like it's on fire and I've got to get up early in the morning, so I'll be going for today.
>>
>>484656
Alright. I think we should think about borrowing. We just got out of paying countries back. I am sure we could pay it, but it will bring back bad memories
>>
>>484656
Alright we can borrow up to 5.5 Bn RM with no Interest which is great. Maybe they forgive this loan if the war is bad. But if you read the print, it's for a defense project. So I think America will be a bit mad if we don't make that forts.

So the point now is to choice what to do with this cash. We make more tanks train more men, or build some forts and airfields. By what we say to the Americans they gave us that money for defenses in Poland.

So my choice to use this money is to use 60% of the money for forts on Poland Eastern Front. 30% on tanks of all different types, and 5% just building airfields in Poland and the other three small states we were building forts at. The last 5% is for railroads since we got to make sure our troops can get quickly into Poland.
>>
>>484262
A simple solution! We create very large tanks, larger than the russians! The bigger the gun the better the tank!
>>
>>485139
A larger tank with a larger gun? What a novel idea. Sounds like it would be quite heavy though.

Unfortunately I won't update today, as I seem to have caught some bug and my throat feels like Fort McMurray. I'll try to start early on Friday to make up for it.
>>
>>485837
It's alright QM.
Something better is a large tank with a lots of armor don't worry it uses gallons of fuel with each mile or that it destorys roads it'll be the made of German Engineering.
>>
>>485851
So like the Maus?
>>
>>485851
Well, then, looks like we're building a heavy tank. It'll take six months to design. In the meantime, would you like to do anything else?

Well we need money when we get into war. So start developing a Ration plan, and war bonds, and other things needed for war. Get the programs ready for war, make sure there is a counter spy system if the Russian think to spy on us.

You've created a ration plan. You can implement it anytime to make sure your army is well supplied, but it won´t be popular with the public.

Set up meeting of Sweden and Norway see how they feel about SU, try to be friends with them. Also get Denmark to be our freinds

Set up more trading, and maybe a bit more open borders between us.
>>
>>488359
Sweden and Norway are neutral towards the Soviet Union, but trade much with them. They do not desire to join the squabbling of continental politics.
The Danes are already quite friendly with you, but you can never be too friendly.
>>
>>488454
Have some plans for grand Olympics stadium to be build after the war. And up our protection on our borders.
We need to make sure our people are armed so, do like they do in Switzerland, they give people assault rifles, unloaded of course.

So if we are at war and the Russians get to our lands, we just supply our people ammo so they have at least one weapon to defend themselves.
Also keep trade going, and I have another idea, we print and make brochures, detailing all the things a German citizen can do to keep his or her country winning the war effort, and what to do if the enemy comes by plane or land. This of course will be until the war happens, it's just good to prepare out people when it comes.
>>
>>488497
You move all the divisions of your army towards your border areas (any specific ones)?
To make the country more secure, the Ministry of Propaganda produces educational brochures detailing what to do in case of a foreign invasion. The Soviet Union, upon hearing of this, denounces it as an attempt by Germany to stir up war support, clearly aimed at attacking the Soviet Union.
>>
>>488643
>This of course will be until the war happens
I think I didn't say it right. To be more clear this brochure was until a war started. But we can play this to our favor. When I meant ramp up border control I meant increase patrols, better check ups.

For the Soviet Union, denounce them, as the brochures were just in case any country attacks, they must have been hiding something if they think we were detailing them. Also tell that Germany has no desire to attack the Soviet Union.
>>
>>488672
You increase patrols on your borders, for the safety of the nation.
The Soviet Union is denounced, and the MoP paints the Soviets as warmongers, for if they desired peace, why would they assume the future war referenced in the brochure was against them? Germany wants nothing but peace with the Soviets.

Fuck I´m sick, calling this thread off early.

As the winter starts setting in, tensions start to thaw slightly between Germany and the Soviet Union. According to your spies situated in the supply depots, the Russians are diverting supplies towards officer Corps, hoping to replace the thousands lost in the purge with younger, more loyal blood.
In Afghanistan, the new People's Republic announces the seizure of the means of production is finished, allowing the proletariat to usher in a new age of plenty. The average Afghan still sees none of the production, but the government says that will change in time.
>>
>>494572
Well I guess the great war in the East is yet to come. Well atleast no German men will die yet. We have our spies in the Suez and Panama right?
>>
>>494572
For the war that will happen make sure we have a nice stockpile of winter clothes ready for our troops. Also I want to try something, you may have not heard of it, but here goes.

We're allied with France so we can create the ECSC. ECSC is European Coal and Steel Community, Here is the link to it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Coal_and_Steel_Community.

But the idea of it is to make friends with France since they have the man power but no coal. This way we trade resources of coal and steel.
It would, starting with the coal and steel sector, revitalise the whole European economy by similar community processes.
Hope you understand what I'm talking with this, it's a way to get our economy to rocket with our closer uses and ties with France.

France of course will agree to this since It will help them as much as us, bringing our economy to record highs.
>>
>>494572
Gud
Still keep fortifying
>>
>>494572
Also new trip and welcome back.
>>
>>494591
You do, but little of note happens there.
>>494593
Some fabric factories are hired to make winter clothes. This is fairly expensive, but if they take on enough extra workers the entire army will be properly equipped within six months.

Negotiations are put in place in France to create a common market for coal and steel. The French express tepid interest but think that maybe more countries should be involved.
>>
>>494676
For France said the countries involved will be Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, our Allies Greece, Romania, and others, and Luxembourg.

If they don't want that much than just stick with Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Be sure to get them to agree, since it will rocket our economy, allow the French to improve on there African colonies or build more towers. Get the others involved with the promise of money, since it will rose the economy if each country in the deal.
Really push hard for this to be signed in a friendly way, try our hardest for them to see that this will work.
>>
>>494676
Well Good. They are for safe keeping. As for the French's worry, lets invite Spain on as well as the Balkan Countries.
>>
>>494705
>>494707
An agreement is made between 13 European countries to create a common coal and steel market between them, allowing the nations to gain easier and cheaper coal and steel and slightly boosting their economies. The union will take some time to implement, though, especially in France, where there is widespread opposition to making friends with Germany. Germany is by far the greatest benefactor of the deal, being one of the largest producers of coal and steel in the world.

>>494856
War games are planned in the Balkans, with Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek troops all being invited to join. Where are they going to be held?
>>494907
You appeal to the Portuguese to join the ECSC, but they claim they will not out on the white man's chains. They demand to be free and independent of German influence. Lithuania decides to join the pact in the Baltic, but Estonia and Latvia wish to negotiate their own contracts, still pursuing limited trade with the Soviet Union.
>>
>>495162
Lets hold them on the Flatlands of Germany
>>
>>495357
Wargames are held on the German flatlands, and go swimmingly among all participants. That is, until a Romanian artillery piece accidentally launches a dud shell out of the field, and into a local farmhouse. No people were harmed, but a few cows were killed and the farmer is demanding compensation and an apology.
>>
>>495404
Well give the farmer compensation for the losses, but no formal apology from the German Government. Have the Romanian Government be the ones to pay compensation and say the apology.

Also keep sending some influential Germans into Luxembourg, have my party campaign heavy in the Czech lands and in Green party land, and how do people feel our Germany, both foreign counties and the people living in our lands.

Something else we should do is get better relationship with every country around us not the Soviets of course. And make sure we try and get the Olympic spot for the year 1942.
>>

Tell the hick to get back into his pickup and fuck his sister.

>>
>>495523
I have more votes, for my thing. Since it was a Romanian shell the Romanian are the ones to compensation and apology, so it doesn't look bad on us, and the people will say the Government is good for something.
>>

I think the other guy was kidding

>>495539

>>
>>495528
The commander of the Romanian forces is forced to personally apologize to the farmer, and the Romanian gov't is sent a bill for the damages. Your popularity increases a little in the area.
>>495483
The NCP ramps up its campaigning in Czechia. It makes some progress in the Sudetenland, but its effort in Bohemia and Moravia are met with cold shoulders, and sometimes even violence.
In Central Germany, a Green stronghold, most people don't care about elections, but a few of the people whose eyes aren't pink say they'll consider voting.

Yet more Germans are sent into Luxembourg, increasing the German population by 1%.
>>
>>495547
Nein, I am ARFP.
No compensation!
>>
>>495563
Oh yeah for my party view on weed is just for medical reasons.

Now for the rest of the country let's set up a culture exchange event, with the French, and Americans. That way we improve relations with them, also find out why Bohemia and Moravia dislike Germans so much or my efforts.

Get the people more religious and tell them a good German goes to church, since this will help in the later years when the whole Europe turns into a Liberal homeland.

For the Military, let's make some subs if we need to sink ships, or supply ships. As well as increasing our fleet as well. Also make some more planes as well.

For research let's get us making and investing in making a atom bomb.

Are the forts about done? And let's get that Olympic spot.

>>495568
Okay I just didn't know who you were since you didn't have a name, but nice to meet you. Have any good ideas?
>>
>>495563
I would like to campaign in Central Germany as well as along the Rhine and Northern Italy
>>495582
We have 20 subs so we could make ten more. TO make a good fleet, we don't have the tech wo lets wait a little
>>
>>495588
The investing part was to get them started, or at least give them the push to making atom splitting into a weapon. Research will be really important for the world and our strength.

>>495563
I would like to campaign in Eastern Germany as well as the South..

The KN decide to campaign in the liberal stronghold of Central Germany, unfazed by the stiff, yet quite mellow competition. The NCP meanwhile decides to move into Eastern and Southern Germany.
Ten more U-boats are commissioned, with the goal being to create a big fleet.
A cultural exchange event is set up with the French and Americans being formally invited. The Czechs can join too, I guess.
>>
>>495708
Leta try not to get the Olympic spot
>>
>>495708
Campaign in the liberal stronghold of Central Germany, they need Jesus in their lives, also be sure to Christian up the places I campaign at, since Germany is a Christian nation above all least.

Now I want to improve the lives of people in the new Czech lands we got, put factories, of what will work best in that area, get people to work and build some churches as well. Show them we care for our Christian brothers for faith will be the thing more important that blood.

Schools, make more schools, that will teach the newly gotten Czech lands teach them skills needed to work and be a upstanding citizen, while teaching German and the word of God. Also get the kids to statue the German flags in school, and say the national anthem before class everyday in school all across Germany.

Also new program, go to the military and the state will pay for college, just have to serve 4 years of pay military job then can go to college for "free".

Also Olympic spot. Nice work QM
>>
>>495748
So you want to pay for all of these programs and try to get the Olympics?
>>
>>495814
For the Olympics we don't really need it, but the programs are better since it will increase people view on the Government while making it stronger. The Olympics is not worth using our money for.

So Programs first, Olympics is not worth it, maybe later.
>>
>>495831
There. I can agree to that.
>>
>>495731
>>495748
So you want the Olympic spot, but not. Okay. If you do want it you'll need a city to hold the Winter Olympics in.

An attempt i made to bring Jesus back to Central Germany, but Jesus seems to have left the region for good. Some people go to church, but most people prefer direct contact to God through the help of "herbs".

You try to build some factories in Czechia, but full employment prevents any real progress from being made. The same goes for the building of churches.

After a reform stating that school curriculums will include German classes and singing the Deutschlandlied at the start of every fday, as well as the inclusion of German flags in schools, many parents refuse to send their kids to public schools, and over 2/3rds of teachers in Czechia (Sudetenland excluded) have resigned. Many private schools choose to simply ignore the law.
>>
>>495852
In my Opinion, that was extreme. Lets remove the rule about the Deutschlandlied and slowly implement German classes. Make German an optional language and sprinkle a little German in the history class
>>
>>495884
I agree that was extreme but at least we know that the Czechs or at least 2/3 don't like us. So knowledge is power.

>>495852
Remove the singing of Deutschlandlied, and the and what this guy said >>495884
Keep Jesus going with the people of Central Germany, have sermon about the misuse or overuse of the herbs. As the people most effect are the families since how can you take care of your family if your high all the time, do some studies on the effect of Herbs to the human body.
Also start a AA program going so people have somewhere to turn if they drink or smoke. To have people quit and give them Jesus.

Also are people working less with all the herbs they take? How do people feel about the herbs in Central Germany?
>>
>>495884
>>495915
Seeing as how the reform isn't working out, the Deutschlandlied and German classes are made optional, while German flags are replaced with Czech ones. This is considered sufficient for most people, and fewer then one in ten teachers and pupils now refuse to go to school.

The NCP continues to be a fogie, putting up AA programs and Jesus sermons in Central Germany. Despite the facts that """""herbs""""" don´t really cut into people´s work ethic, they commission the Man to make studies on the effect of "herbs", even though mos people agree that they're, like, totally awesome, dude.

Also, what´s the consensus on the Olympics thing?

Going to sleep now, see you tomorrow.
>>
>>495939
Goodnight. I think we agree that we will wait until we are in a better situation. Lets see if we can afford it though
>>
>>495939
As long as they don't cut into work ethic, but it still bad. But I'll just keep rising up support for Jesus and God all around Germany. Keeping up the sermons and programs since they really will help people who have nowhere else to turn. Telling that even if we are German, Czech, and the others, we are all Christians together.
All of this is just part of my party, I'm acting the part.

Goodnight, let's wait on the Olympics, if we can afford it then I'm willing to go with it.
>>
>>495939
night.
Also to help tensions, let's remove all references of "Deutschland Uber Alles" in our anthem, and replace them with songs of the Plight of The Germanic world to end the suffering of all and for us to help the others in need.
>>
>>495939
Don't remove the references of "Deutschland Uber Alles" in our anthem
>>
>>497062
Nein. Remove references!
It is a new age. Remove References!
>>
>>495954
So the winter Olympics are off for now.

So apparently some disgusting godless communists want to remove all references of "Deutschland Über Alles" from the national anthem. I don't have an opinion on it, so I'll let you guys debate about it.

>>
I've really no idea how to into this quest, but have you guys considered developing gliders for your Fallschirmjager units? Particularly heavy cargo gliders could alleviate the issues which doomed their drop into Czechoslovakia during the war by letting them bring AT guns, pack howitzers, heavy mortars and other support weapons/equipment in with them. You could also spend some time developing small wheeled or tracked transport vehicles like the Universal Carrier (or just license them from Britain) to provide better Recce and mobility after a drop, maybe even develop some gliderborne Tankettes/Light Tanks to give them some limited armoured support.
>>
>>499959
Honestly, we haven't considered it. Although we should start other projects in my opinion such as holosights and rails on all of our arms, Jet fighters, nuclear missiles, computers,( ENIAC is only a couple years away!), explore radar and night vision, Assault weapons, and bulletproof vests!
>>
>>500123
Those all seem a bit overly clairvoyant, given the time period it's set in. Not to mention I'd imagine they're way more time/money intensive than wooden gliders and broadly contemporary tech level military vehicles.
>>
>>500130
No I mean within the next decade. Probably focusing on vests, ARs, and rail mounted attachments right now, since all of those are fairly simple to do.
>>
>>500164
Yeah exactly, stuff like Picatinny rails didn't enter service in armies irl until the 1980-90s, flak vests didn't catch on until after the Korean War, and modern plate carriers that actually stop bullets particularly well/often only came into vogue in the late 80s-90s.

Again, I've really just lurked on a couple of threads for this quest so I don't really know how it works with regards to tech developing far faster than it did in real life. But if it's aiming more for a sense of alternate history, I think getting stuff like that too soon/easily might be a bit detrimental to that sense of place and time.
