Hullo everyone!

As the First, I suppose it is my duty to introduce you to the universe. Well let's see...to put it bluntly, you're Gods. I created you to manage the aspects of creation. As long as you tend to your duties and try not to kill each other too badly, I couldn't care less what you do.

>To set up your character, choose a name primary aspect, and set up your hero
>Primary aspects can be anything, from law, to life, to fire.
>To set up a hero, simply select a relic and power for your hero. Both must be related to your primary aspect, IE a god of law has a hero that can force anyone to tell the truth and has a book that reveals one secret about a person the hero is talking to.
>To do anything for either your hero or your god, roll 2d10, and add 1 if it is in your territory and add another 1 if it is related to your primary aspect. If the roll passes 12, it goes through. If not, you fail.
>Please try to keep fighting within the family to a min.

As my hero and the surviving hunters flee they spread the warm others about it. Also because of this event the survivers become a nomad tribe.

Rolling to see if any villages or cities they passed by believed in then
>>
>>474001
Do I even need a roll for that? It's not like the forest stops being available to claim, I could either keep trying or say, "it's mine now, roll shouldn't be needed"

Well i guess the nomadic life doesn't appeal to then. Because of this, the nomads take no interest in helping 'rooted' people. Making then more reclused.

As for myself i shall claim a big island as my territory and hunting ground.

Rolled 2, 4 + 1 = 7 (2d10 + 1)

Hopefully this goes well.

You are Prince Anon from the kingdom of Kivan. You were exiled from your homeland after your failed attempt to take the throne from your elder brother, King Sebastian of Kivan. Now you are the leader of a mercenary band where few are aware of your royal heritage.

Before we start this quest, let us go back and remember why you tried to overthrow your brother -

> Peace - Your brother is a tyrant who enjoys torturing and murdering his subjects. He hunts peasants for sport and ravages their daughters. Even though he is your brother, you cannot let him continue his rule of terror.

> Power - Your brother is weak and unworthy of the throne of Kivan. You were always the better fighter, the better swordsmen, and the better strategist. Just because he was born before you doesn't give him the right to be king while you still live.

> Hate - There is nothing you enjoy more than crushing an enemy and taking everything they own. You lust for your brother's crown, his kingdom, his gold, his wife, his daughters. You won't rest until you have burnt down all your enemies and have taken everything this world has to offer.

I am Eld, god of knowledge.

My hero, Hjoldar, was formely apart of the godless tribes, but I granted him a small collection of books and the gift of reading. But the greatest gift was the cloak of knowing, a item giving the wearer perfect memory. He consumed the books with a ferocity unseen in mere mortals before, and then I spoke to him.

I told him that in the west, in the greatest of deserts, one with oceans of crystal and mountains of ice, copper and steel, there is a tower of silver. There you will find a library of both arcane and mundane knowledge.

He ventured for years, and stood against many challanges. He finally found his silver tower, resides there in solititude.
About the relic:
The cloak of knowing, giving the wearer a perfect memory. It is embroidered with small letters in every language ever written, and on it is all the legends of the people that spoke it's language.
>>
>>476670
Power:

Essentially knowing stuff, from conjuring doves to creating steam engines.
>>
Rolled 8, 5 = 13 (2d10)

I conjure great pillars of stone that I place around the desert, marking the border of my realm.
>>
>>476677
The pillars has not only stone in them but also has veins of steel, copper and ice. The stones are similar to the cloak, but it is not legends incribed in it but warnings to any intruder and the gruesome fate that awaits them if they enter unallowed.

Well looks like my hero and his followers are better at this building thing. The shrines are made of stone with carved images of myself in it and also of the history of the tribe, since the moment my hero was born and the event know by the mortals in the island as "The great walk", depicting the undead horde, and the strange time anomalities.

My hero changes the name of the cloak of knowing to 'the cloak of the lorekeeper', and I nod in approval. I am by no means the god of creativity.

It's name? "Fresh Coat of Snow"

He searches the library for a spell to suit his needs, and finds a spell for conjuring wood. Combining that spell with another conjuration spell, this for steel, and with a matter molding spell, he has created a spell that conjures axes, temporarily, of course. (He of course makes an altered version in which the axes are launched at mach 1 against targets)

He then ventures to the ocean of crystal and gathers enough crystalic-water to create a golem. He goes to the mountains of copper, ice and steel aswell and does the same thing.

a creature standing on two legs, tall as an oak, an almost humanlike creature. It has an incredible amount of body hair, and his hair falls in strips greasy black down his back and chest. In his left hand there is a rope with various dead prey on it: deer, elk and even an bear. In his other hand there is a gnarly oaken club, several times the weight of my hero.

His genatalia is covered with furs, and on his chest there is a necklace of human skulls.
The hunters drop their weapons and run back in the woods, but thankfully stay quiet.

My champion has trouble getting his notebook up because of both fear and glee, and draws a rough sketch of it and writes down it's behaviour.

Both my hero and I realize the richness the stories of the giants must have, who themselves has been just that up intil now.

He sneaks away, back into the village. He tells the islanders of his discovery, and then journeys back home.
He tells the villages nearest his and my realm that whoever that captures a giant and brings it to Hjoldar's tower will gain the services of Hjoldar, who himself is known as a master wizard and magician.
Also, I'm changing the power of my hero, as his power was fucking stupid. I mean, he already has the ability to remember everything via the Cloak of the Lorekeeper, and he spends most of his day reading shit, so he already knows a lot of things.

Therefore, I'm changing his power to magic. Period.
He has the ability to compose and execute arcane spells and also the ability to teach others with 'the gift'. (The gift being having mana in your blood).

The mixed feelings are more real than the hero had ever achieved, at once he was pleased to do his god's bidding, and terrified of the animals, no, the monsters, that he was to transport. all at once, he knew, the meat of mere animals would never have the same feel of human power. He would be just as content with nuts and berries, the flavor of which was more to his liking anyway.

The hunters show Jestre's hero their ships. The vessels are small galley ships. Used more to travel in the island rivers or across the coast. But not for deep sea travels.

The hunter say that seven vessels would be enough to take all the encaged creatures across the island to the main land.

But such deed would be very difficult. For conducting so many vessels at once would be a great challenge. The hunter sailors say that it would be safer to cross manking two diferent voyages.

It would take longer to bring all the creatures but the dangers of loosing a vessel would be much more unlikely to happen.

"AH! how the land writhes in pain and agony at the sight of the sea's rage! I'm the harbinger of the deep, the lord of oceans, the drowned god and the azure seer! The surface holds nothing which I cannot covet!

The portmaster is seen trying to unload all the precious cargo, as the waves become more and more violent. the city gates starts to crumble as the land is torn asunder, Wave after wave of gargantuan waters assaults the city as it is pulled towards the ocean. and at the orb's greatest glow, a most giant wave crashes into the city spelling the fate of every living soul in its wake. the city is now part of the sea's domain

as the clouds lighten and part, the one magnificent city of sentinel point is no more. all that is left is a huge tore into the land and a road that leads towards the sea.

From the voids of world long gone a figure rises from the dark.
-I am zel'noctur a forgoten diety that ruled the lands of the dead in a universe long past. Though i still wish to havr influence over the souls of mortals I see that another more energetic diety has taken the riegns. I plan not to interfere in his workings as my nature was always one of neutrality. My champion as well as my intimate is the vampire queen Dialara and i raise from the past my scythe Lifehunt capable of rending into the essence of souls themselfs and trapping them inside boosting its power. I hope my prrssence in the pantheon is accepted as o wish no will harm among any of yo...
Looking around the new world the gods rests his eyes upon a ruby being of immense smoldering power.
- i knew that there was something amiss here. You boast the stolen powers from other gods as your own i see. Dont think i forgot your sins in the past Seara. Perhaps fate has broughten us here for a reason....
>>

Ah i have not seen your frozen face for a while Frakt. Hoep that the coming of this new world will bring some peace among our selves.

Catchin a glimpse of a being so wierd and distorted the God could not help but remark.

From the place of innexistence the god managed to pull out a book. It had a black cover etched with the nost splendid golden decorations made from metals that no mortal forgery could even touch. Inside the pages of a briliant white color hold a wierd and gastly ink that upon touch unravels a almost theater like landscape where the essence of heroes long dead show the tales of the most wonderus deeds that they made.
The god smiles gently as he recolects the pleasure he had un writing them.
-Ah the Book of Heroes Past. I am so glad i managed to salvage it. So many mortal heroic stories are written i here that only. I only hope that this world will be twice as friutfull as the last one.

I think i can take one more thing before the rift closes
Lets see.

But the violent twist of dimensions rapidly closes before the god has time to fish for another artefact.
-darn. I think it is for the best though. Never hurts to try and recreate. Afterall it was a most woderous task. Beside whoknows when time will came and our world will call back for us. For now lets see what the pantheon awaits for us.

Before he can start settling on a road among this great new world he hears a small whisper. But as he turns he sees the flaming essence of a man. Not only is his flesh burning but his very soul is ignited as well.
- She cant stand still for 5 minutes before she ignites a man on fire. Tell me love are we going to kill her now? Or are you still holding your pacifistic ways still?
- i have no plan in turning this world into a strife ridden existence as our old one was.... said the god half heartedly as the whispers of the dying man become louder as his soul detached more and more from the mortal plane. But we must keep and eye on her. Besides this world has different rules and her past power is well diminished. She is of no real threat for now. Come darling lets take a close look upon this world. Maybe there is something interesting hanging around here.
- You were always a coward... but i always liked that about you said the vampiress and pulled the god upon a a small road. You are right anyway. I am tired of conflict and rulling. For now lets explore this world. I am as curios as a little girl and i want to forget all the problems we had at home.

whispers of the old gods i see what you did there

- worry not god of tummultous waters for i have no evil thoughts for this world. I am zel'noctur and i was beconned here by the pressence of certain gods. I was expressing my relief indeed as the maddness that engulfed you created a being that can bring only death among the mortals. I reigned over death and all aspects of it and though death surounded me before i never enjoyed seeing tormented souls. I tryed before to offer as much relief for those that passed so that their eternity be a peacefull one. But now another god took over the duties of the dead keepers and i have no plan in usurping him but i fear in time if his methods of treating the dead turn vile my pressence could create a divide among the souls. So i will keep my powers in check and will wonder the lands for a while spending some restful time with my love here by, pointing at the cloacked figure.
I have but a warning to pass. Beware of both the frozen one and the ruby lady. The former is know to be quite distant and peacefull most of the time but has queer occasions when his wrath abades on others withiut no reason in particular. The latter is a fake and is what she became by causing unprecedented chaos and sorrow among others. I know not of the curse that she was afflicted universes before but i fear it may still linger. Bewary of her sharp tounge as lies are her most potent weapon.

A benevolent deity of the dark... tis a rare persona to have as the gatekeeper to the underworld. And your timeless presence doesn't betray you, your words ring with the tenor of a thousand years. And as your words advised, I will stay vigilant against the actions of this ruby lady and the frost spirit. A universe past and layed to ruin to whatever fate befell it has ultimately brought you to our realm, a purpose made you manifest, a teacher, a seer ,a warlord, an apothecarion, or a herald of the endtimes.... I cannot see what you will be but I excitedly wait the day wherein you find your rightful place in our world, old one.

He looks at the cloaked figure with a dismissive gaze

"A being such as yourself still hungers for pleasure of the flesh? I hope she will serve you well"

"And a spirit afoul has cursed me with madness! now all my creation hence forth act like ruthless brutes and mongrels devoid of any honor, dignity, or nobility. Their noble birthright revoked as chaotic madness sets into their minds. The seas unnaturally moves with cataclysmic force as if the water itself is stricken with madness, and now, the leviathan that i created is scouring the shores of this world calling mortals towards it. I can feel it myself, this.... curse... this stringent claw at the back of mind filling me with unpurposed bloodlust.... a fate most cruel, a fate I intend to fix, a fate I intend to avenge."

A faintest lulling sound is heard by only the keenest of ears in alara's island. Those who hear it feel more comfortable near the ocean.
>>
>>482709
Upon reaching the shores of the new temple city of the hunters the old god was attracted by whispers of those few fallen in the time of the faithful incursion. As it was more and more apparent that Tim the god of undeath had little in mind in offering true peace to the dead the souls of the fallen were attracted towards the aura of the old god.
- I was afraid of this indeed. The souls maybe only of mortals but they can still sense my aura and what it truky conveys. Yet as much as I do not wish to take the position of guardian and keeper of the afterlife these few brave ones here hold a quite interesting story in their memories. Ah i can almost feel what they felt that day how fear and faith intertwined as a massive being kept ramming theyr small ship. It woulf be a fine addition to my book indeed. I think i will make an exception of these few here.
- You and your stories... i lived among mortals in a time and i can t understand what you find so appreciative of such minir deeds, said the god s companion as they kept walking slowly on the side roads. I mean you have seen wolrd colide gods fighting with ferocity that devastated worlds, plans so intricate that no mind could have anticipated, yet still you were more fascinated by those small acts of weak mortals.
- Being something of great power would transform all of your deeds into something awe inspiring. Thats why i find them so boring. Because its but expected from them to do such deeds. But a mortal whos strength is nothing compared to a god attempting to do such deed that will clearly end in their demise. That shows bravery that shibes brighter than even the most strongest of stars. They can t turn world to ashes in seconds or raise soldiers from dust but that doesnt stop them from trying to do what their little power lets them to. They will take the most impossible of tasks and that is what makes mortald so interesting. And no matter how meeningless for the grand order of things their task is for them it s the most glorious of their achievements and that proud feeling they convey when they com... used to come to me in their end is what made me feel great. Good stories told with passion are many times greater than the creation of a universe itslef.
- Eh each to their own litle quirks i guess. But you dont plan in takeing these few here under your mantle do you?
- E few lonely souls abbandoned in this plane is nothing compared to the millions that come every second of existence. The young one womt even notice.
With that phrase said the god beconed the lost ones towards him. The souls eager for a resting place wasted no time.
- Like little children abbandoned and afraid. Come i will at least grant you some peace for the story that you shown me.
