It's time for a quest delving into the surreal nature of reality, drawn poorly by a jerk. Let's begin
It's 1989. You're a private eye/ soldier of fortune. Basically you just do odd jobs for dosh. You're waiting for your favorite bar to open. What's your name?
>>461451
Wangmaster.
>Stop dreaming. Gor-Nogith is getting the best of you.
>>461499
>wangmaster
And this is why you try and remain anonymous
>>461523
You pinch yourself to try and wake up, hoping that wangmaster is not your name, but alas, it is
>>461547
Wang, Shaolin Master.
>>461555
You've decided call yourself wang, shaolin master. It's catchy
>>461547
Where are we now.
>>461591
A street corner
>>461616
Why the hell are we here? Do we a job or or an assignment, or we just trying to look cool.
>>461641
We're waiting for our favorite bar to open
Also, what time is it
>>461641
Waiting for your favorite bar to open
>>461682
6:59 pm and it opens at 7:00pm
>>461689
Oh look, it opened
>>461689
Go ahead and enter.
>>461707
>>461714
From now on roll a 1d10 and higher number decides the action. I'd do majority, but there isn't enough people for that. I'll give it to >>461707 this time cause he was first
>>461707
You walk in and see mick, the owner. "What're you doin here?". You and mick have issues
>>461748
>Have issues with bartender
>Goes in anyways
Told you we should've not gone it.
>>461748
What issues do you have
>>461772
You beat him at cards, winning 500 dollars from him. The thing is you cheated, and he found out, but you already spent the cash
>>461795
Then leave
Rolled 9 (1d10)
>>461795
stab mick to death, and cut out his heart.
then leave.
Rolled 6 (1d10)
>>461839
I'll roll
>>461864
You decide to attack mick. Roll a 1d100
01-25: catastrophic failure
26-50: failure
51-75: success
76-00: amazing success
Rolled 37 (1d100)
>>461953
Yell "old bill sent me"
Rolled 36 (1d100)
>>461953
Nigga I send your regards
I'll update the thread around two, I have to go to work
Ayy, who's alive?
>>463143
I suppose I am.
>>461961
Yelling that give him enough time to side-step the blade. Mick grabs a bat from beneath that counter
Rolled 8 (1d10)
>>463247
Drop knife, propose to suck his dick in exchange for mercy.
Rolled 6 (1d10)
>>463247
Stab our hand and freak him out
>>463268
He is visibly shaken by your offer, but he doesn't immediately reject it. Roll a 1d100 for sucking dick
01-25: he declines your offer, and tries to attack you
26-50: he declines your offer and kicks you out
51-75: he declines, but let's you stay in the bar
76-00: congrats, you get to suck his dick
Rolled 85 (1d100)
>>463348
Rollerino
>>463366
oh boy
>>463366
He begrudgingly accepts the peace bj. You proceed to suck some dick
Rolled 10 (1d20)
>>463455
Bite it off.
>>463467
The peace bj was for naught, and was a trap for mini mick. You chomp down on the dick. roll a 1d100
01-50: you hurt the dick
51-75: he's out of the fight due to penile injuries
76-00: you bite it clean off
Rolled 83 (1d100)
>>463493
I hope we're getting to the supernatural part soon lol
>>463551
Our guy isn't called Wangmaster for nothing O.o'
>>463551
You bite down with all the force you can muster. You severe the shaft from the base. Mick lays bleeding on his floor clutching the area where his dick used to be.
>>463493
Just saying, OP: I really feel that your dice-rolling system should take on more balanced form; y'know, be akin to something like D&D or GURPS and make it so the rolls feel more like an actual likelihood of someone succeeding at their action than full-blown 'coinflips'.
For example, I would have made the persuasion chance for >>463348 be more like "Roll 1d100. Due to Despisement Penalties, you need an 82 or more to succeed"
while making the Dick-Biting scenario a more "Roll 1d100. Due to No Shit, Sherlock Bonus, you need a 2+ to damage his dick, 28+ to tear skin and/or make flesh wounds in his dick, and a 59+ to chomp that fucker clean".
That's just a suggestion on my part though.
Rolled 2 (1d10)
>>463600
Stab his face
>>463601
Thanks for the advice belegan. Any other suggestions to make the quest more enjoyable?
>>463617
Not really, I like it. The drawings are good and funny, the story is interesting. Just try to not make it too long, like, do one thread per "story" about Wang, so people don't get uninterested.
Op is goin on break. Back in a bit
>>463605
You finish off mick. As you are about to clean the mess you hear "That was fine work. Care for a drink?" From behind you
Take the drink and threaten him
Rolled 2 (1d10)
>>463808
fucked up my roll
>>463760
It's Ellen DeGeneres. She buys you a shot of straight bourbon.
Rolled 44 (1d100)
>>463836
Well look at me, being a klutz and forgetting to roll.
Rolled 6 (1d10)
>>463760
you throw the knife to the stranger
>>463865
You toss your knife to the stranger, to which he easily catches. "Care for a drink? I believe there can be business between us?"
>>463913
Toss Micks severed dick at him, then grab the drink and throw it in his face. Then steal his glasses and flee the bar
Rolled 7 (1d10)
>>463930
Fuck
Rolled 7 (1d10)
>>463913
You cry, but in reality you try to pick Mick’s shotgun
Rolled 6 (1d10)
>>463913
Inform him that - as much as we appreciate his generosity - we don't take gifts from just anyone.
Ask him to clarify his business.
>>463936
>>463930
He dodges the dick, but you do manage to dump his drink at him, and his specs. You then fly the coop
>>464034
On him* and take his**
Rolled 10 (1d10)
>>464034
You forgot to take the heart of mike, you come back
>>464046
You go back to take mick's heart, but you forgot that the smiling stranger has your knife. "Forgot something friend?"
Rolled 5 (1d10)
>>464061
Toss Mick's corpse on the smiling bastard
>>464099
Wow that was rude, sorry bro i have some rage issues. give me back the knife and let me take the Mick heart.
Rolled 1 (1d10)
>>464115
fuck
>>464115
>>464122
"It's quite alright" he says as he gets up. He hands you your knife. "Now, would you care to discus business?"
Rolled 7 (1d10)
>>464178
Grab the scissors in the back he uses to cut boxes open and use them to remove the heart of Mick
>>464178
Sure, lets talk business.
Rolled 3 (1d10)
>>464729
>I know how dice work
Going to work. I'll update the thread around two
Rolled 8 (1d10)
>>464178
>Obtain knife and fucking discuss business.
Rolled 2 (1d10)
Agree to talk about business. Give him back his glasses and see if you can find any whiskey
Who's here?
>>465905
Me
>>465905
Here
>>465905
Here
>>465905
I'm here, kind of.
Not as enthusiastic since this doesn't seem to be a dream from our Poorly Drawn Quest series.
>>465905
ive kinda been lurking, waiting for the quest to end
Well he asked 25 hours ago guys, none of you are here
>>468798
i sill am.....
occasionally popping in to check whats happening.
>>465157
By discuss business, are you being literal and you want to talk turkey? Or metaphorical and you're about to cut a bitch?
>>469119
Literal. If I was being metaphorical, I'd probably follow up with "using our weapons as mouths" or something stupid like that.
Sorry everyone, things happened and I was unable to update today. I don't like giving excuses, so I won't, just know that I had things to deal with
Anywho, if anyone wants to provide feedback, or ides for the quest feel free to message me via tumblr, cool-guy-cyan
