It's all good, I will say this. the boss had 65 permanent HP.
Manhorse was able to get it down to 31 HP with his makeshift weapons. If Kono was helping fight then potentially they both could have survived.

This was a slightly different situation, these two guys are from /mlp/ on an entirely different quest, and at that point he already revealed enemy stats. Name is self explanatory
Description would be what your character looks like
High concept gives me a general idea of what your character is supposed to be
Trouble is what it sounds like, you choose something that your character has to deal with, this could be an enemy or an addiction, doesn't matter
The three aspects give me further details of what your character should be good at (for example pirate could be invoked for a bonus to sailing checks)
Skills are again self explanitory, with average giving you a +1, fair a +2, good a +3 and qreat a +4
Stunts are a bit more difficult to describe, a stunt is a special trait your character has that changes the way a skill works for you.
I forgot about refresh and fate points, normally we would start each session (thread) with three fate points, you can use these to invoke an aspect (wich gives you a bonus to a roll) declare a story detail (tell me that something is) activate powerful stunts (something that will give you a one time +2 to a roll) or compel (this is where you or I tell another character that their trouble come into effect, this is also how you get more points during play) your refresh can be reduced to gain more stunts.
Rolling will be 4d3 with a range of 4 to 12.
