Welcome to the world of Ikaria, in this quest you control one of 3 tribes in their quest to be the most advanced civilization.

Rules:
1) 5 people max per tribe
2) Each turn you have the right to 3 actions in any combination (Cultural, Tribal action, Technological, Magical)
3) Scouting requires a d100 roll (1-25 failure, 26-60 1 resource, 61-80 two resources, 81-90 three resources, 91-100 ???)
4)To be able to cast magic you need to create spells and those require attributes (Ex: For Example a fireball spell, Requires -Can create fire (1200 c) - Can launch Fire ( Palm size)
You can improve attributes that you already have, or research new ones (Creativity will be rewarded)
5)You need buildings to mass produce and transform resources.
6)You can add and modify cultural traits but not remove them. Every 5 cultural traits you gain a new magical attribute
7)Not being able to reach consensus when choosing actions will have consequences
8)Resource intensives projects will require search for higher quantities of the resource you need.

Forgot description :
The valley tribe decides to search for kelp and found some almost immediately! They also develop a new spell that allows them to temporally blind their enemy. This year they also search the temple but the only thing they find is a massive grey door that they can't manage to open or break. They decide to concentrate on the reparation of the temple and realize it will take a while before it can fully be restored.

Now for mountain tribe :
The Mountain tribe decides to dig deeper and they found two new ores: iron and tin, they can't use them yet but they are still happy of their discovery. The mountain tribe also decides to use their massive tunnels as storage for the dead, they create a massive room where the dead can rest in peace.
They spend the year trying to create a weapon called the sword. They managed to create one but they realise that a copper sword is not very useful due to the metal being soft

The Mountain tribe creates a very devious spell this year: Blood Bending!It allows them to have control over the bodies of their bleeding enemies. They also create armour using iron. Event The Forest tribe burned down due to their experiments with fire magic. From the 50 that they used to their number have gone down to 12. The survivors escaped the fire by taking the sea and reaching your island. Your Gods the Blood God and the Twins Gods inform you of that and give you some options. You can choose to take in refugees in order to gain some magic and some tech from them (valley) or kill the refugees to gain favour from the Blood God and get some new magic (Mountains).

Either way whoever has the highest scouting roll will find them first and will also get to decide what to do with them

Fight work this way Your health is 1/3 of your population (multiplied by your armour (leather *1.25) (Copper *1,5) (Iron *2) (Steel*3 )...) attacks are made by rolling d10 and deciding what tactics you use the clever the tactics, the better the magic and the better weapons the higher damage you do.

The Valley tribe manages to secure the refugees augmenting their population significantly. From the refugees they obtain they obtain bestowal magic allowing to temporally increase the intelligence of another member of the tribe. The High priest and their use their knowledge of the newly acquired bestowal magic to give sentience to shadows by taking babies souls. They first tried with stillborns but the shadows disintegrated immediately after the creation.

Another new thing to the tribe this turn is writing and all the necessities needed to do that actions. The refugees happily shared that information with their new tribe members.
