The translator is, unfortunately, very awkward to use–translations are not played back in audio and must be read on the screen. At least it accepts vocal prompts and manages to detect the language the nomads are using.

Your translator is having some problems processing specific names but the gist of their reply is that there are two locations. There's a small village nearby but it lacks modern amenities and patrolling bandits might not take kindly to foreigners.

There's also a more modernized town but it's much father off and the nomads are a bit awkward around civilization. The places does have a hospital and maybe the small fishing outpost can lend you a boat.

You and the nomads part ways, since they have a different destination. Despite walking through a barren desert wasteland, it's remarkably easy to locate your destination thanks to your GPS in your cyber-arm. The umbrella's also coming in handy now that the sun has begun unleashing its solar might. Eventually you arrive at Tobruk, Libya.

The circuitry doesn't look special or anything, rather it resembles the sort normally found in existing electronics. There's also limb actuators inside and other robotic parts but they're also not special.
