Hello Julia. You must be quite confused. Allow me to offer an explanation...
I am the god Known as T̢͖̠z̪̘e̝̘̠̪̠e͚̩̖͙̺̻͘nt̸̝̜̯c̷̮͖h̬͉̫ and well... I am quite bored. So I did what any bored god would do: drag people from other dimensions to a dungeon and see how long they last! If you somehow survive, I shall let you out! Do note, time is still passing in your old world, so you may want to hurry.

PS: You might want to actually use the runes I gave you. you can turn one or more runes into a spell, and you can mix runes to form new ones. You can also use runes on items.

It turns out that it was NOT a door, but was is fact a door MIMIC. It was planning on letting you walk right into its mouth... But now it's already half dissolved!
(Note that under normal circumstances slime would have done way less damage. This time however the mimic was so surprised that it didn't even remember to try and block or dodge, so slime got a big bonus to attack power. )
