Lets do a Pokemon Crystal randomized nuzlock quest.
>Pokemon Crystal
We'll be playing with the original crystal version for gbc
>Randomized
Lots of things have been randomized including:
- Starters
- Trainer pokemon
- Wild pokemon
- TM's
- Pokemon base stats
- and more...
This is to make the play-through interesting and unpredictable.
>Nuzlocke
Basically there are two rules:
- The first pokemon you see in any encounter area is the only one you may catch in that area. Any subsequent pokemon you see, whether you caught the first one or not, may not be caught.
- If a pokemon faints, it must be released. Consequently, losing a battle amounts to losing the game and having to start over
I also have some house rules:
- You have one emergency redo (in case of some unfair fuckery from the randomization)
- In-game trades do not count against rule 1 (meaning you may participate in them at anytime)
- Power-leveling must be kept to a bare minimum (not trying to do a low-level challenge here, but lets say the hard limit is the current gym-leader's highest leveled pokemon).
Ok, let's begin.

Trainer up ahead!
Currently, Hystrix is first in position and Skitter is second.
>Switch up order of pokemon
>Go and battle.
Also, How do you guys want me to handle the battles? I was originally planning on using webm's but apparently there is a 3mb upload limit.
We can go move by move if you guys want, giving you full control. Or you can choose some sort of strategy and I'll to execute it as best I can. Or you can just leave it entirely to me (but I pretty much suck, so that's risky).
>>187622
You could do Webm's by linking to Mixtape.moe or Pomf.
Those have 100mb limits. Otherwise, for battles maybe try give us a brief before each battle and we vote/roll on a strategy.
It'll mostly come down to spam flamewheel though.
>>187635
>>187976
Ok. What I'll do is give a short summary of our current status before a battle. Then let you guys decide on a strategy per enemy's pokemon. Since the trainer battles have all been randomized its impossible tell what they have.
I might link webms for longer/important battles (like gym leaders). For now we'll stick with images.
New update tomorrow morning.

I would suggest visiting /vp/ to see how they handle nuzlocke threads.
