In the gym's entrance, they find the gym leader whining because somebody stole the pokemon fossils he excavated.

Because he's a colossal crybaby, Kekita is forced to find the thief and recover the fossils. Or she can punch him and take his badge, whatever.

You know, goals like using them to steal all the ZOOM toys and sell them to collectors in the internet.

The thief has an ancient version of the popular ZOOM pokemon, SPEED the rock/fighting revived fossil pokemon.
