The speech seems to be done by Adolf Hitler, and it's rather simple. The Fuhrer proclaims full victory over the Polish forces, with all the Polish armies destroyed, and proclaims the Polish state to be under military occupation until further notice, and even discusses foreign policy, and the Fuhrer's promise of returning the German colonies to Germany, and some other foreign policies...

Germany has proclaimed a non-aggression pact with the Baltic states!
