----------Part One----------


She placed her foot upon the little stool in front of her, and leaned over to tie the laces of her boot. Wonder Woman, as she was known to the world, was getting dressed and preparing herself. Not for a day of fighting crime, or rescuing a cat from a tree. No. She getting ready to see a friend. A rather sick friend. Not sick in the sense of having the flu, or a bad case of stomach cramps. (Though that might be more fun than what her pal was currently dealing with.) Sick as in, broken in spirit. Or rather, broken in body. More specifically, her bones.

It had been a long week for Kara Starr. Or, as she's better known by her public fans, Power Girl. Ever since that airplane struck her head on; catching her off guard. Typically, she could handle such a situation with no problem. But this time, a bad accident had gotten the better of her. Thankfully, she survived with only some scratches and a few broken bones. Well, quite a few broken bones to be exact. Fractured spine, dislocated hips and neck, broken arms with matching legs... you name it. And it was only right that her longtime friend and crime-fighting partner, Diana Prince [Wonder Woman] came to visit her in the hospital.

Hoping she could put a smile back on Kara's face, Diana stared at herself in the mirror, while fluffing out her long, black hair with her finger tips. Attempting to forcefully put on her best smile.

A good sense of humor always helped lighten the mood whenever Power and Wonder Gal hung out. Together, the two were often the victims of silly practical jokes and tricks each woman would play on the other. Diana's fake smile began forming into a little smirk as she remembered the time Kara had tied her shoe laces together. And the loud "thump!" she made upon hitting the floor. Or the time Kara disguised her voice, and prank called her at 3 o'clock in the morning, arguing with her about a free pizza she had won, and fighting over what toppings she could have.

Choosing to make the best of a bad situation, Diana decided the "get well soon" card and balloons she bought wouldn't quite be enough. No, no. With her friend now wrapped from head-to-toe in a full body cast, with only her feet, hands, and face sticking out, she couldn't let the opportunity pass to play a devious little joke on her. Something that would frustrate Kara, yet still cause her to look back and laugh about, someday.

Diana finished adjusting her hair in the mirror, and began trying to think up a fun prank to pull on Power Girl. Now was her chance to pull a fast one on her friend, being her current situation. But... what could Wonder Woman do to mess with Power Girl in her mummified state?

I'm not sure what you were expecting, quest is closer to tabletop games than anything, with either mechanics around the game setting, pure role play that is all about making choices that'll affect the flow of the entire game, or a mix of both. Qst was a board split off from /tg/ and /a/ to an extent after all. This doesn't feel like an actual game, this feels like a shitty fanfic you'd read off of wordpad or some shit, with a slight overly open ended cyoa to it that's just feels half assed. And what do you mean by hostility? No one is directly attacking you, they're just saying that they think your fanfic is shit. No matter how much more tame /qst/ is compared to other boards, this is still 4chan. Don't expect people to be pc and hold you're hand while lying to your face about how good you are. Expect hard truth and honest straightforward opinions or you're never going to last on this site past lurking.

If I wanted to do something like this I'd ask XS to put together the quest.

Then at least the writing would be tolerable even if the gore was intolerable.

Uh huh... that's why I've made over a 1,000 dollars in written commissions, has a nice selling book on Amazon that finished paying off my swimming pool, and even won two awards in fiction.

I would say I don't care, but that's a lie, because I do care. That's why I'm responding. I didn't go hardcore into detail and scene painting, because this is meant to be a fun board on 4chan, that would turn into comedy scene, possible kinks, and just whatever fans would like.

I've been on 4chan a good... six? Seven years, I think? Most people I've found are guys like you, who hang around boards like this, posting immature and unthoughtful responses. It's a sign of self weakness. You're here lurking on 4chan, posting shit to me for a reason. And it shows.

I'm down with anyone who wants to have fun, and go along for the ride. It's stupid to say someone's fiction is "shit." Art is subjective, and you should not that if you're old enough to post here. Besides, the story had just begun, and I was waiting to paint the scenes more detailed, after we got rolling.

So yes, I care enough to respond to you, and call you out on your bullshit, but that's it. Not gonna bother reading whatever response you give to this, and don't care how you interpret that. Sure there's shit like this, but at least this crap dies quickly. And there are still some really good quests on /qst/ right now. Black company, hive queen, mecha space pirate, teen titans, Dragon ball, Xenomorph, Saiyan Conqueror, shipgirl commander, a few more I can't think of at the moment. I miss quests being on /tg too, but at least qst isn't complete crap. Plus /tg kind of hasn't been all that great lately, what with the whole /qst thing and after the elections, just hasn't felt the same.
