This was never their intention for collecting the TOP powers. They were trying to get more beautiful to enter the Aether Foundation because Lillie said her mother threw her out for not being beautiful enough. Lillie was lying about this though and probably just enjoyed watching Moon getting sexier. Also Moon and Lillie are now together so I doubt they would want to seduce someone else and soil their relationship. Also, NotQuesty loves his wife and would never leave her no matter what.
