In the kingdom of Lannort, it is said that the woman's place is in the home. They are married off rather young, have little say as to who their husband is to be, and generally live quiet lives. You had always aimed to be an exception to that last bit, and as luck would have it you find yourself in a position to pursue your ambitions.
The man you married is an adventurer of some acclaim. Because his type travels nigh endlessly you are likely to have plenty of time to pursue your own ambitions unsupervised in the house he received as a wedding gift. You could easily peruse wealth and power of your own, or support your husband by looking after his interests in town while he is away, becoming the woman behind the man.

It'd be half gnoll. And we have no clue how old it even is.
Plus, gnolls are known to either be rabid bandits for the sake of spreading evil, or just plain assholes. A half-breed will be hated by all as much as a normal gnoll.
Still, I'm interested at what can happen with this choice. A lot of conflict will come our way, but that's what makes it interesting. Supporting.

Last night was the final evening of your wedding feast, and already your husband's adventurer party is planning their next expedition. In your kitchen, no less. It's hard to focus, but eventually your headache subsides and you begin to comprehend the discussion. Konir is the first you make sense of, he's always the loudest of the group. He proposes the group travel north to participate in a tournament of some sort, in the hopes of gaining a supposedly valuable prize.
The large knight's booming, authoritative voice is a sharp contrast to the soft and eloquent tongue of the band's youngest, Yenik the bard. Yenik does little actual adventuring, but has always kept camp tidy, and if your ears are to be trusted, he's a rather talented composer and musician. The Bard seems intent on getting the group to go south to track down a fire drake that's been supposedly been harassing caravans, reasoning a hefty reward would be in order if they managed to dispatch it.
The remaining member of the band remains silent, occasionally asking a question, but otherwise keeping quiet, offering no opinion. Henrik the cleric has never been a talkative one, though he's always done right by you and your friends. The argument rages for a good quarter hour, and you're beginning to lose your mind when your husband emerges from the bedroom.
Ebeneezer Fischer, wearing a star speckled black cloak, pointed hat, and flowing silvery beard, he certainly gives the impression of a wizard. He approaches the table, pats you on the shoulder, and sits down with no fanfare. He offers a proposal of his own, he would like to travel south to Soul Peak and get your wedding bands blessed by a well-known hermit who lives there. None of the others seem too fond of the idea, as it garners neither glory nor wealth, and after another half hour of hearty debate the party splits to go about their business for the day.
Konir heads to the stables to ready his horse for a daily ride, Yenik departs to his parent's house, to spend time with his family before the next adventure, and Henrik, ever the pious saint, makes a beeline for the town shrine to indulge in a few hours of prayer. Your husband, the scholar that he is, resolves to spend the day in his laboratory poring over ancient scrolls and dusty tomes in search of knowledge.

If several years of journeying with them have taught you anything, the party will meet back around dinner time to try and finalize their plan, spend tomorrow preparing to leave, and depart the following day. If you wished, you could influence which quest they decide to embark upon, but it's not a certainty by any means.
You have no real responsibilities at the moment; there's enough food left over from the wedding to feed everybody for a few days still, and attempting to keep the house clean with your husband's merry band tramping through it at least twice a day would be a fool's errand. Interesting premise, OP, but next time you should include some choices. Write-ins should almost always be an option, but if there are no choices other than Write-ins, you leave the creative minds of /qst/ to decide what to do, which isn't something they might be assed to do.
