World Lore Evo 1: the Lores Awakens

the Lampkins are an intelligent, reclusive race. Un-rivaled in the school of magic, the Lantern kind have a tall incredibly slender body made of a wood like material, and a head (as the name suggests) resembling a gas lamp. physically weak they often live alone, however they are not anti-social. when they do meat they communicate via the flickering of there gas light, similar to Morse code

Crovine small antlered beasts with Black hides, with Rigid arms similar to the legs of a bird and Deer like hoofs. they are covered and Black shiney feathers.

not particularly magically skilled, they can still cast a spell or too. they are not too physically strong either. they are however rather smart for there size

human sized beings with Average intelligence but above average strength. unskilled in magic, Minotaur are rarely able to cast even one spell. they have the head of a bull. very skilled masons.

Large unintelligent Brutes. Magically Adept despite their lack of intelligence, however there magic spells tend to be much more elemental and basic then other races magics.

They have fatty Pinkish skin, with the head of a vampire bat, minus the eyes. they have short stumpy legs but comparatively long arms

The dobonob: a small hamster-like creature roughly the size of a pine cone; unskilled in magic and reliant on animal instinct for survival. Their insides are white and creamy.
Though these creatures are born green and naked with spiky, leathery skin, they will eventually develop grey-brown bristled hair over a hardened shell as they mature. During the final stages of maturation, the dobonob will seek a mate and, once fertilised search for suitable soil to dig a burrow where it will sprout and germinate into a dobonob plant; producing the green fruits which will emerge as new dobonob babies, dropping off after a couple of months and consuming their parent plant.
Dobonobs are omnivorous, feeding off of plant litter, faeces and the much smaller creatures it is able to catch. They generally hide in undergrowth to avoid predators.

I feel I must point out that the point of the thread is to describe events and add elements to the lore over time.

to get us started off and to set a sort of president for every one else:

A group of Lampkin set up a small village out in the plains out in the fields of the western most landmass. this village is hidden from other races by Illusionary magic. this village is names appropriately as Nowhere, and is only revealed by incredibly powerful magic. this is the home of virtually all lampkin

The dobnobs, short in lifespan, but hasty and plenty in reproduction. Quickly inhabit most of the area where the plains and jungle meet (as this is the habitat that best suits them) on the largest eastern hemisphere continent.

Make a new settlement by the mountains in the grassy plains.

Dragoon: Sub race of human, they have long noses, slightly orange skin, and small protruding horns sprouting from their heads. Although it is unknown where of which they originate, they live in the mountains and claim to have dragons as ancestors. They are adept in magic and have above average intelligence, but are fragile and on average a few inches shorter than most humans.

A small herd of Minotaur settle under the mountain range of the westernmost continent, overlooking the West Bank of the river. They find suitable granite with which to construct a village into the side of a mountain, a short walk from the river. Dragoons are in consistent supply for hunting.
They name their settlement 'Rihrok' and employ a system of elders electing a chief man and chief woman every year to lead the herd.

Lampkins tend to prefer to operate in deciduous forests. The majority of them stick to this type of habitat and remain there for life, especially the large forest green colored area to the left of the shown map.
