This leaves you in the company of BILLIE and HORUS. It seems as though ILLEGAL CONTRBAND has joined you as well.

A SHOE SHINER hawks his services, as does a FISHERMAN.

Someone nearby chitters for the SWEET RELEASE OF DEATH. You ADVANCE, and they quickly begin to clarify that they're actually OKAY, REALLY. BILLIE and IC have to DRAG you out of the store.

As the sea breeze whips around you, a number of CLOUDS advance, drizzling their GOLDEN SHOWERS. There are more FISHERMEN about, as well as what appears to be a TAVERN. The DOCKS stretch outwards into the SEA, while the BOARDWALK extends to your LEFT and RIGHT.
