The rules are simple, cause as much chaos as possible, no holds barred
"That's it. It's done. I give up..." you whispered as the final gulp of pills slid down your throat. You sit on the more comfortable chair in your room, an old thing covered in stitched holes and stains from who knows where, but its yours, unlike the life you'd been living before.
It all came crashing down when you'd run that red light, "Three dead, because of you! ", the cop had screamed at you as you were placed int he back of the cruiser, the only thought running through your mind was that you were rushing for a good thing, a damn good thing, to get to the hospital for your girlfriend, 9 months pregnant and showing signs of labor. And then the crash, the endless questioning until your brother of all people came to bail you out, and that shining silver lining at the edge of this dark dark night, your child, was the only thing sustaining your panicked mind.
Until those words came out of that fucker's mouth, the second you saw your girlfriend covered by a sheet, a doctor offering his condolences, his words merely a blur. You begged them to let you see the child, but that evil bastard, your own brother, seemed hesitant along with the doctor.
"Seth, it isn't your child, it's mine. " If it weren't for the doctor restraining you, you would have killed him then and there.
And now you were here, home, and the sleepiness was kicking in... except for that annoying light... what the hell? You were almost blinded, the brightness nauseating you severely, you glance up and see noting but a blackened skull, seemingly singed by an intense fire. The contents of your stomach spilled before you, and similarly with the gaze of that horrifying apparition your mind snapped as well.
All you could hear, all you could see was the skull telling you it was time to return to the world what had been done unto you, that you had taken three lives and lost a fourth.
As quickly as it had come, that vision of death, it dissipated. And with a maniacal grin, you stood, any trace of sanity erased.

You pace back and forth through the darkening room, clearly you need to do something to sate this new desire for terror in your head. What could you possibly do? You fall backward on the chair that only minutes ago you had been planning on dying in, looking around at the random items in your room looking for inspiration.
Your eyes glance over a painting on the opposite end of the room, an oil painting of children playing in an ocean, an old heirloom of your late mother's. You don't pay it much heed but your eyes keep getting drawn back, and then it clicks.
What else could horrify someone more than children missing? Especially of the female variety. You'll start by taking the children!

Of course? How could you be so silly, there's a park quite close. You change into fresh clothes, collect a few ropes and a roll of duct-tape, and jump into your car. You glance out the windows at the sunny, summer day, people are all around, families walking their dogs, joggers running down the sidewalks of your little suburban town, the sun feels amazing on your skin as you pull into the gravel parking lot of "White Rock National Park". A very forested area, quickly looking at a map you note the different areas you can go to.
