The sheen of the uncanny object entrances your sockets. You dive head first into the dirty water without even removing your clothes, once again affirming that you can't feel anything. It's unlikely you'll contract any disease from this either. Or require to breathe. As you approach the bottom, the glint becomes more familiar. It appears to be a crusty old ring!

You can't quite make out the lettering. It kind of looks like it's saying "Ace Mal-" something or the other but it's faded and covered with odd scratches. Looking to add to those scratches, you chuck it into your mouth like a wad of chewing gum and bite on it. It's hard and your teeth crack a bit, but it beats chewing hairballs all day. Wandering about, you bump into the east wall, a 5-foot wall with angry signs and barbed wire. It's at this point that you realize how short you are.

After what feels like hours, your march ends at a placid lake. It looks much cleaner than the fountain prior.
