Many seasons pass, countless new children are being Born.
The Chieftain finally understands what he is dealing with, and he is okay with that. The Black Sun, so the prophet claims, is the Origin of all, the true God we ought to worship.
His Children, the Sun and the Moon, will come together at the end of every Era, for their hermaphroditic Parent, to start a new Era for the world, and give Mankind a fresh breath of ingenuity. The Prophet says, that his has been taught to him by his lineage, and has been passed down for too many generations to count. He himself is a born Sunna tribesman, but has been more connected to us than his own tribe because of his fringe beliefs. He feels the Chieftain to be, the very reincarnation of the Black Suns wind of Change, which might explain his immense loyalty.
The Sesons pass on, our tribes have adopted the Black Sun religion as their unitary faith, no longer will Sun and Moon divide us.
Meanwhile, thanks to the Chief's guidance our village has grown to enormous proportions.
Several dozen Teals, exiled Reds, and Prussians have migrated here.
Our lack of natural resources has, despite popular belief, given us an advantage over our neibours.
Our influence spreads and we have become a local trade-power that is not to be underestimated. With our trade, comes our faith, and many foreigners have converted already.
Life is good and though they don't know it yet, our people, are on the Brink of becoming, a true Civilization.

With all these new children being born, and the people from the various other tribes migrating to us, do we have a steady enough supply of food to support them all? If not we should invest in agricultural tech so to say, also stocking/preserving even more food for in the case of a bad harvest or something.

And are the people immigrating to us intrigating well (adapting our cool ass religion)? Perhaps we should find out why they are moving away from their tribe, it it normal, are our people doing it too? If they are we should understand why our people wanna leave us, and what makes us attractive for other tribes people to move here.

We can feed them for the simple fact that migrants are almost exclusively farmers.
We have no need to migrate anywhere, it's others that come here because of our wealth.
They integrate fairly well, our faith is usually the first thing they adopt.

Due to our baby boom and all the migrants, we currently clock in at over 760 people, in a single settlement. This makes us by far the largest Town outside mediterranean Europe.

So it seems like we are attractive to migrants due to our wealth, which they know about because we traded with their tribe. Seems like trade should stay one of our top priorities.

But since most of them are farmers we have enough to self sustain our food supply, but are we (maybe even slightly) overproducing food? If so I still say we invest in food storage, or try to encourage production of lesser produced foods (which may be harder to grow, ot naturally have less edible offspring compared to our mainstream food) to up the variety of things people can eat in our tribe.

How many soldiers do we have? Is it enough to contend with the browns and reds?

I don't think conquest would be a feasable option for us.

We do have the largest population in the near vicinity it seems, so we have a lot of potential soldiers. But coming from the fact that a large potion is from the various tribes around us, they wouldn't be too eager in join in an offensive war I think. For a defensive war we should be safe because we could mobilize the most people, and they already would have acces to farming tools too.

We're in a fairly good position and have a big friend in the form of the prussians

I don't think we're in such a friendly position with the Prussians that they would come to help us in case of war. We trade a bit with them but it's not like their society depends on their trade with us.

If we really wanted protection we would probably have to trade with them for a significant loss, in a way kind of paying tribute to them.

But overall yeah I think we're good on the defensive side, there's not much Brown of Red would seem to gain from conquering us anyway

I'm good with 5 years for now. It's a good amount of time to improve our boats.

Lets go with ironworking and improved boats

The Chieftain sees some kind of value in Gelza, though no one is sure why, as such he orders greater imports of Gelza from the Prussians.
Though the metal is heavy, and large shipments of it might pose a problem for our ships.
The Chieftain tries to find a way to make them even bigger, but it appears that large as the river might be, it does not allow for even larger ships, the Chieftains solution is to make them longer and shallower instead. Whether this is beneficial in the long run, has yet to be answered.

Imports of Gelza increase drastically, though the Chief's Wife and Sister in Law have not found any usage for it yet, let alone a way to process it.

The massive trade of Gelza is starting to hurt our economy, the people are starting to worry for the sanity of the Chieftain.
