You open your eyes, the intense heat instantly drying your lips and withering your throat. Every blink is painful as you sit up and look around, you find yourself on a raised pillar, a small fire burns in the center and you lie on the southern end.

You are shocked by this place, the endless orange sky and low hanging brown clouds broken only by the tops of other pillars with similar fires. You can see figures vaguely humanoid wandering around on the tops.

You are at the Southern end of the pillar. There is a fire to the north. There are some insects on the ground around you. You are thirsty. You are tired.
