The remains of what was Nevada is a brutal dreary expanse. Even more than it was in the pre-war times. Children often roam the deserts orphans, tribes rove around slaughtering what they can for sustenance, newly masqueraded romans stalk the old state for territory and wealth.

A republic dawns from the west. It is mighty beyond anything seen within Nevada. Years pass and after a battle between Caesar's Legion and the New California Republic, another second war is brewing across the Colorado. But this not all to scale in Nevada.

Often the figures in the background who move about or struggle to the survive are overlooked. This is a story focused on one these entities.
