Down descended from the sky a great being whose touch upon the land gifted the creatures within it sentience.

An so the animals toke their first words and forged towns , and forged war.

An so the plants grew from their homes and toke steps, and grew hunger.

Now the great being sleeps and his touch live on.
So goes the legend of Fyela.

Greetings Everyone
this is my attempt to get a little help to determine the future of this land with a little fun for everyone as well. (hopefully) What I am going to do is put up some factions and have people pick which ones they want to be in an then go from there on expanding their empire.

Basically you will be playing on one of the two islands, The kingdoms of Poc'Krin a place of animals with varying intelligence and currently under chaos. Then there is Gialoft, which host both savage plant creatures and civil ones as well.

There will be a list of factions each with an opening position that can be filled only once, but not all of them must be filled.

These are

Leader: King , Emperor, etc

General: Deals with outside threats

Grand Diplomat:

High Priest:

Magister: Courts Wizard

Marshal: Deals with the exploration of land

Royal Enforcer: Deals with the inside threats of the kingdom

Spymaster: saboteur and info gatherer

Treasurer: keeps tabs on money approves building to be made.

Kingdoms of Poc’Krin
These lands hold scattered tribes within in with some tribe lord fighting over land with others.

Alister Dewpelt: Rally my friends for we are lost in this strange new gift, but do not dispear for I know we all can help the other find the way! There is no need to kill and eat one another when we each hold a better future that will make this land equal for all!

Alister is a fox who saw the nightmares of their primal instincts as a shell of their past and knows they can find something better. He strives to acomplise these dreams and become king so he can help everyone, predator and prey, become equal and help them all live together in peace, but he will need allies.

Feast Fallen
Yor Sweet-tongue: There is only food and those yet to become it, when the hunger strikes you devour all in your sight and you let nothing stop you. We are what can take as or own and those who fail become the meal of the next to rise. We are able to truly enjoy these pleasures now so heed my words brothers and let us eat in till The Final Feast!

Savage and cruel are all that this great snake know and his ways are of the strong and that is what will strive in these lands and those who do not wish to be the next to be swallowed be his pack would be wise to fall under his banner, for he knows the savagery of a predator can now be twisted into any creature and does not care who you eat in his name, weather it your own kind or your own family for he will delight in seeing the world in blood and his followers bathing in it.

(Prey are allowed in this faction, because what is more brutal then a deer whose mouth is covered in blood?)

Leafshire
Hear the gentle and small Leshy folk tend to groves of well maintain trees and brush, well versed in the ways of nature they are able to tend old plants into new use and make their homes grow into the trees. That are abundant in Gialoft. Though their fragel bodies make them likely to be picked off by the more primal plant that lurk the woods.

Leshy are small plant like creatures that can be grown by high level caster and can take up to to a month to grow. There are several kinds of leshy with distinct ability's and specialist in certain areas

Flytrap leshy-jungles
Leaf leshy- forest
Fungus Leshy-caves
Gourd Leshy- fields
Lotus Leshy- pounds
Seaweed leshy-ocean

irst-Seed
The First of the Ghoran grew from the seed pools of a great tree that grew into the mountains. Now they carve their homes into those vary mountains. Now with shelter the curious plant creatures wonder the woods aimlessly in search for new experiences and many will be lost if a strong hand can not focus them.

Ghorans produce amazingly succulent fruit-like meat when fully grown and predators hunt them down for it. Within the hole of their abdomen is a small single seed which the Ghoran can plant and after 24 hours grow back in a new body leaving the old one a dead husk
>>
Corrupt Basin: One can smell the horrid stench of decay radiating from this small island not far from the shores of Gialoft, and even the most fierce creatures of the land dare not cross the waters to it shore for nothing but death and rot awaits those who tread its grounds. Home to filthy bogs of still water filled with algae and some of the most tenacious fungus and molds known , most of which with a mind of their own and eager to infect any unwilling creatures who cross their path.

Ligrenosh The Spore Mother: We spread the decay, for it is the way all things knee to in the end. Come and let the spores dig deep, become one with them and go forth in the name of your mother. We will see this beautiful world give in to the rot they left behind.

Vastly intelligent and wholly lost in her zeal to make the world to her own image Ligrenosh spreads the rot of fungus , molds and spores to every corner her children touch. Will she cover all of Fyela with her madness and claim all who live within it?

(both animals and plants may join this faction)

In the kingdoms of Poc'krin there are 10 openings for warlord or a tribe. these tribes do not get anything but a leader and their army.

those factions without a leader need one.

when you post let us know you who you side with, what animal/creature you are and what postion you wish to fill as well as any story stuff you want to add to them

Are we limited entirely to real life animals or are animals from fantasy allowed also?

King of Leafshire, Venus Flytrap, could you elaborate on "story stuff"?
>>
>>1244560
>>1244617

Tell us about your character, what your ambitions are or where you would like to lead your people. You will be the future rulers of the land so some fluff on who you are would be cool.

King of Leafshire ! what is thy name?
>>
>>1244627

I am Mars Elderberry!

Dissatisfied with the passive nature of my kind, I was belligerent towards my peers in my youth. However, as I matured I gained insight into what my people could be.

They are weak and naively kind, however, that's not inherently bad... They need a firm strong ruler to lead them in conquest. Such a ruler is not I. I am a fighter who has gone through an epiphany.

Age has soothed my rage, I am now a humble pacifist. Instead of conquest, I would rather develop my country. We can live with the land. Conquest is a dream for the ambition, of which I have none. But, take me not for a kind fool. Perhaps, there will arise a war of attrition. Perhaps famine will strike and there will be a war of hunger. Perhaps. There are many perhapses, but no matter what happens, no matter how we move, I will work for my country.
>>
>>1244671
(His mother smelled of Elderberrys)

Mars rise to throne was an unexpected one but one the people of Leafshire are so far proud of once they notice a now cool headed Monarch.

With his seat about the Verdant Stalk challenged none he can now begin with his first decree for his people. What shall the accomplish first?
>>
Grand alpha Friedrich von graston, leader of the wolves of poc'krin
Friedrich is said to be a beast of iron blood, whipping the wolves of poc'krin from warring savages to "noble" soldiars of unrivaled discipline
While not as savage as their "neighbors" the wolves of poc'krin are brutal in their own right, often killing any enemy they find no matter what and consuming their body afterwards

Whether the world is consumed by the great pack or if the wolves are broken once more is not a debate for friedrich, as for him their is only one true answer
>>
>>1244709
Welcome Friedrich Von Graston, the warlords positions go down to 9. Roll 1d20+5 that will be your army of wolves at your side.

You are surrounded at all side by raging warlords fighting for your land and will need to beat them back with all you got. What is your first decree as warlord?
>>
>>1244543
Faction: Corrupt Basin
Position:General
Creature:Komodo Dragon

Sheros first arrived on the basin after his defeat. A member of a warband defeated he was plunged into the sea as his comrades all were slaughtered.

He did not know how long he was at sea, he was terribly weak by the time he washed ashore on the basin unconscious. Then he awoke, infested but he felt strong, alive and well. He did not know where he was or how he was even alive. Then she spoke...

She told him how the rot saved him, how "she" saved him. How wonderful this gift is! How all should have this wonderous gift dig into their flesh and save them! What happened in his mind isn't quite known. But he felt the overwhelming urge to serve his Mother...

Greetings!

I introduce you to May, the Dryad of Leafshire, on the island of Gioloft. She is, like most soft and gentle plant creatures, sweet and kind and often tries to help those that are within the domain of her tree. She is a very respected Treasurer but although she tries her best at her job, it isn't recognized very often and is usually overshadowed by those jobs which are greater and to others, more important.

Greetings!

I introduce you to May, the Dryad of Leafshire, on the island of Gioloft. She is, like most soft and gentle plant creatures, sweet and kind and often tries to help those that are within the domain of her tree. As a young budding child, she always loved helping people to begin with however she thought the idea of her dryad body would hinder that considering she couldn't move around very much. But she persevered and obtained the title of treasurer.

She is a very respected Treasurer and does her job quite well. She strives for perfection but it isn't recognized very often and is usually overshadowed by those jobs which are greater and to others, more important.

Lucky you! 25 noble wolves back your might and follow your lead into any fray.its time for your pack to choose a hex for the Tribes claim land.

Most foxes follow their own path and hunt down those they can, save the few who follow Alister who wishes for a united Poc'krin and equal rights between prey and predators.

>>1244748

Your mother is pleased with new spreaders strenght but knows her General will need even more to claim land in her name and grants you great size as the plants grow inside you. (you are now larger then an average komodo Dragon)

Go Forth my child and find me more powerful creatures to bend under my control so we may spread are seed further
