The entire world is on edge. The evil Professor Eli van Vil has established a secret underground Base somewhere inside the Swiss Alps. He has made multiple threats towards the United Nations and has promised to unleash unspeakable evil upon the Nations of the free world, the Nations have come to meet and are discussing how to stop the evil Professor. After a long time, they've come to a solution. Seeing how it they are unable to attack the base without risking that the Professor releases whatever evil he has planned onto the world. They made a plan to infiltrate the Facility with a single agent. An expert in his craft who will take down Professor Eli van Vil and his evil plans. After going through numberous files of Agents they've come a conclusion. The person to infiltrate the Base of Professor Eli van Vil is no other than...

The day for you has begun quite different from usual once, after being transported from your Home in the french province of Lorraine you were briefed on your mission on the way to a french military outpost 1000km outside of Professor Eli van Vil base. Before you board the Chopper taking you to your PoI, you equip you choose your gear.

(You have 10 spaces of inventory each item you collect along the way of the Quest takes up different sizes of spaces in your inventory)

As you gather your gear you head for the Chopper. The soldiers to your left and right salute you as you make your way to the LZ. At the LZ you are approached by the Commander of the Operation, Commander Hal Quentin. "You're our only hope, Agent Bauldin, the fate of the world depends on you, remember Professor van Vil has gathered a private army around himself but these men are mercenaries so it'll be easier for you to make them turn the sides, these men wouldn't give their life for some big brained crook like him. But be watchful anyway what they lack in loyalty they'll most likely make up in cruelty. Remember to contact me as soon as you make it into the facility and you can not let him activate whatever he has waiting in there, try what you can to prevent being detected. The world counts on you Baudin.", you enter the chopper and make your way to the PoI.

As you make your way closer to the drop point you see a small glimpse of light on the horizon, you move to the chopper window to get a better look at it. After squinting your eyes you believe the light is coming closer to you, but your pilot doesn't seem to notice it. After it comes closer it finally hits you. That is not just a light...it's a rocket! And it is heading in your direction!

The Pilot is in shock as he turns his head and sees the missile heading towards him, he turns his head and yells: "Brace for impact!" but it is too late he cannot turn the helicopter around fast enough and the tail of the chopper is hit, you begin to rotate violently as you lose height. You see a parachute on the wall of the helicopter and quickly grab it. The pilot screams in his radio: "Mayday! Mayday! This is Zero-Four-Nine! We're hit and going down, we're going down!", he then looks over to you and says: "You gotta jump, sir it's the only way!" With that you tear open the side door, the wind is almost ripping you out of the chopper, with a last look back the pilot salutes you and then you jump out of the Helicopter. You are now free falling out of the sky the chopper finally looses all it's control and falls limply to the ground. You quickly pull the line of the parachute and descend slowly to the ground.
The Helicopter however falls down and crashes into a batch of pine trees and rips apart. You land near the chopper next to snapped of trees and metallic remains.

As you try to contact mission control you only hear static, something seems to be intercepting your radio.

You head over to examine the wreckage, as you approach the helicopter you hear a painfully groan coming from the cockpit, as you rush over to the noise you see the pilot...he is a horrible mess, a large tree branch has penetrated his stomach and he is covered in wounds and blood, he coughes up blood and tries to move, but it seems like he is in too much pain to move he turns his head and looks at you, "G-good to...see that...you m-made it, sir...." he seems to be too injured to move.

You search the remains of the helicopter and find a still intact first aid kit.

You try your best to get the pilot out of the cockpit and move him away from the wreckage, he seems to have broken his leg but you were able to snap of a large part of the branch, you've taken care of most of his wounds, if he doesn't rests and doesn't move he'll might make it, but you are no expert all you know is he'll survive...for now.

As you lean him against a tree you can hear rustling noises coming from the distance and lights flickering through the bushes as well as the sound of voices echoing through the cold damp night the smoke of the wreckage fills the air with a bitter stinging smell of burned wood and gasoline. The pilot seems to have fallen unconcious from the blood loss and the shock.

As you try to move his body he suddenly starts to scream in pain, you hear some frantic noises coming from the bushes and the lights are now pointing in your direction, the pilot is defenitly too injured to move or be moved. As you look closer at him you realize that he has a holster strapped to his chest with a pistol in it. The noises seem to come closer and you see see 3 armed men walking with their guns raised on the crash site. "It came from somewhere over here!" you hear one of them yell.

The pilot is too weak to answer to you. You take the pistol out of the holster, and turn the saftey off, putting it in the pilots hands it's not silenced shooting will certainly give away his position position, you know can see two more armed men entering the crash site. All of them look very much like mercenaries but they should not be underestimated. The pilot nods and grips the pistol handle tightly, he stills seems to be well enough to hold a gun. You can see one of the men walking towards your position but he doesn't seem to have seen you yet.

Putting your glasses on, you can make out three different heat signatures the one closes to you seems to have turned his back to you and is checking a bush a few meters away from you. You slip on your gloves and activate them they sizzle in your hand. You approach the merc closest to you and sneak up behind them.

You grab him by the shoulder and he starts to spaz out by the electric shock delivered to his body. As you check his heat signature you can see that he is still alive but unable to move for a while you drag him into a bush and quickly switch his uniform with yours. Luckily he had a mask on so it won't matter that he looked different from you. You can see the other two moving heat signatures moving towards the crash site. The merc had a loaded assault rifle(4 spaces) and 2 full magazines (2 spaces).

You'll leave the assault rifle and magazines. Maybe you can use this body to your advantage. "Over here! I've got a body" you yell to the other mercenaries. You attempt to take them out if they come over.

You call over the other mercs and they come approach you, "whad' ya say? A body?" they lean over to inspect the body "Hey wait! That's arrghh...!" Before the they realize that their comrade is laying in bushes you have already grabbed and shocked them, they shimmy to the floor and fall over both of them are equipped with loaded assault rifles and 2 extra magazines. They are alive but won't get up for a while. Suddenly you hear a shot from where you put the pilot. As you make your way back he's pointing the gun at a dead merc whose laying on the ground before him. He seems to shake in shock and doesn't notice you standing before him.

Make sure the coast is clear. If it is instruct pilot to keep trying for mission control, you'll try to unjam the signal if you can "I'm sorry, but I have to leave you here". You put on your Ear worm and head for the base

You scan the area with your X-Ray Banns but you cannot make out anymore heat signatures that could be from humans. You hand the pilot your radio and instruct him to try and contact mission control, whilst you try to find out how to unjam the signal. You plug the Ear worm into your ear and head towards the direction of the base, whilst walking you pick up something on your ear worm.

"Barnes come in, where are you? Have you found someone at the crash site? Barnes come in! Well if you hear this I want you to head back to the outpost, we took that chopper down, we'll need to get back to guarding the Signal Intercepter. And in case you get lost again, the outpost is 200 meters north from the crash site. Come back quick, I don't wanna guard this all night by myself!" The message stops there.

You make your way towards the outpost, as you come closer you see a guard equipped with a shotgun scratching his neck and looking off in the distance. He seems to be alone. You are still in your disguise but are not equipped with a weapon, your stun gloves need to recharge before use. You crouch behind a bush the guard clearly hasn't seen you yet.

You aim through the underbrush and aim at the guards neck. With a quick pull of the trigger the guard graps his neck and starts to sway around, he then falls over and loud snoring can be heard from where the guard collapsed on the floor.

You pull the sleeping guard into the bushes he is a big guy. You move forward to find some sort of machine with a large radar dish on top of it. The machine is glowing and humming in the quiet night.

The machine is covered in glowing buttons and flickering switches, something you clearly can't make anything out of. You see three switches that seem to stick out from all the others, one of them is red and switched downwards the other two are green and switched upwards.

You start switching the buttons on and off and make out a pattern every time you move the one in the one on the left the middle one goes up, when you switch the one on the right the left one comes up and when you switch the one in the middle the left and the right switch upwards. You must find a way to push down all the switches at once. You could also try to examine the machine further.
