You are the first born son of House Rosenwood. The lands you are born to is a set of chaotic islands by the name of The Soutern Chain. Centuries ago the people who lived upon these isles were the likes of tribes and nomads that knew not of the miracles of technology The Northern Empires far above you were creating. This was of course, before they decided your lands would make a fine place to tame and civilize under their banners.
The Main Island now known as Princemen, and The Minor Isle of Imperica were as far as The Northern Invaders claimed before wars among their own kind disturbed their conquest. The Second Born Son of The Northern Emperor was gifted Princemen as his domain to govern, and soon enough as The Northern Empire began to fracture and break, The Prince broke away from his father’s failing dominion and established himself as an independent king among the conquered tribes that his dynasty had uplifted to a civilized, peaceful life.
This of course was not to remain as absolute peace for much longer, for soon enough The King sired three sons of two wives, two pure Northman, and one bred from half Princemen and half Northerner. The year you were born is the year his rebellion began, claiming The Throne of Princeman shall belong to only those of True Princeman Blood. Because of this war your father was made to ride to The Battlefield, and was not there for your first hours of life.
Now as you come to open your eyes for the first time, you shall see what path destiny has set for you.

You were a surprise to The Court of Rosenwood. The Apothecaries had all decreed that you would be the first born son of Lord Leoric, but as it turns out you were actually the first born daughter. You exist at a time where one day you may be surpassed by a younger sibling if they so happen to be a male, but luckily enough for you, so far you’ve never even seen your father for the first seven years of your life. The War rages on far away from your delicate eyes, and all the while your mother is raising you well, though not as a proud Rosenwood Woman, instead you are learning The Bronner Way. Your Uncle Yorden has been teaching you the finer things in life, how to converse, how to plan parties, and most of all how to drop poison into whichever wine you wish at those same parties.
Your earliest experiences offer you:
Basic Etiquette [+5 to Seduction, Diplomacy, and Bargaining rolls.]
Basic Intrigue [+5 to Assassination, Spying, and Intimidation rolls.]
As you grow older it’s becoming apparent that you’ll be getting wed in the near future, and as the daughter of The Rosenwood Clan you are expected to await the time where your father chooses a husband for you, but seeing as he’s wholly absent you shall be waiting quite the while for that, until at least your mother decides to take action and send you out to wed anyway.

You spend your days meeting with Aevin, the diplomat from The Imperica. He seems joyed to teach you, as his days are long and very uneventful with the insistance The King has that no external nation in The Soutern Chain assist in his conflict. Aevin is a tall man that wears only the likes of togas and bright, shining metals along his body. He dons on his head a set of silky straight golden hair and a frame better described as toned, but not broad. Through his teachings you learn extensive skills in the realm of diplomacy and interaction with The Imperica, about how they are the only island in The Soutern Chain that insisted on keeping its Northman Traditions and culture. They have in their time become a great trading power within The Chain, and mediate most imports and exports from distant lands that pass through The Chain.
From your time with him you have learned:

You now stand at the age of 13, a fine young girl with all of her life ahead of you, and still yet not even a glimpse of your father to be seen. You have no time to wait for him though, as it’s becoming apparent that soon enough you’ll be seeing his enemies before you ever get a glance at him. From your south you can see that The Rebellion is drawing closer now, and if they decide to continue conquering The Coast then soon enough you’ll be becoming a war prisoner anytime soon.
There is a small window of hope though, you could always hurry along your marriage and get mother to gather your suitors.
