We don't know the this would be our tech level though, and other types of armor are more snug.
Even plate armor, in fact, requires a very tight fitting arming doublet.

Charisma 5/ Force of personality, the persuasiveness and charm you can call on to get people to do what you want without having to go to the trouble of pulling a gun on them.
