Hi guys, I realized that Sim City 4 could be quite fun to do a quest on.

Not sure how regular, but no reason not to do this. Gonna start with empty map, and then do the terrain until I feel like doing some mayor stuff.

All you guys have to do is tell me what you want me to do.
