Human paladin
Rai was a talented paladin who favored his god and protected his friends. But one day he accepted a deal to take in the darkness as well as the light in order to save one of his comrade. Doing so he was banished from the order and on the search for who cursed him with the darkness. (Dun worry the darkness won't mess with paladin's skills just back story :P)

Ear Biter is the name given to this rough and tumble goblin who was known for biting off the ear of a man during a boxing match, and sporting a tribal tattoo on the left side of his face. Shorter than the average goblin, he is ugly with cauliflower ears with piercings, a broken nose that leans to the right that did not heal well, and missing two front teeth. His personality is lacking to say the least, with blunt force trauma hitting him hard, he is a slower speaker with a speech impediment.

No one can pronounce Pebble's real name. Also no one knows it. We only know Pebble fell from the sky one day in a fiery blaze, decimating the field of a local farmer upon impact. When discovered, Pebble was found clutching onto a small, smooth rock after which he was named. He wears the pebble around his neck to this day. Seeming to feel mercy for the farmer, Pebble stayed with him to serve him on his land, farming to pay his dues and eventually moving on to work in the village as a lamplighter with his magnificent skills with flame. Pebble has lit the villages lamps for generations, becoming a village legend, until the time came to leave his village behind - people who were not even born when he landed have learned from Pebble's silent wisdom the arts of lamplighting. Pebble has stepped down and decided to go on a quest to light every street lamp in the land, at least once for an unknown but likely benign purpose. (Pebble just really likes lamps guys)

Gifted at birth with magic, Sylvia has always dreamed of going out into the world and saving people with her magic. Being tall with long, raven black hair, she had always been told she was beautiful. The problem came when she first put on her Sorcerer's robes: she looked like the typical "hot evil sorceress". Which is how everyone else saw her. Her every entrance into a village was met with screaming villagers running for their lives, begging that the evil witch not sacrifice their virgin daughters to prolong her youth. On more than one occasion, adventurers would show up attempting to defeat the evil sorceress, by either killing her or "turning her evil heart good through the power of love." It didn't help either that the gear with the best magic stats were all dark, slutty robes and dresses. She was a good girl! Heck, she hasn't even held a boy's hand! She was saving herself for marriage, and yet here was another man offering his soul to serve his "Dark Mistress". Why was being a hero so hard?!

Billy does not have much of a story, he is 17th child of some burlesque whore. sold as pup to slavery, eventually made into the fucktoy of some very fuckedup high class people. Beaten abused, and left for dead more times than anyone should be. Eventually made it to the fighting pits, beaten to a pulp but never quite dying. He isn't one to speak much and has a serious distrust for humans, specially the rich ones. He made a name for himself in the pits, as the scrappy one. You could always bet that no matter how many bones were broken, hos much blood was lost or how bad of a beating he got, he would eventually be back in a week or two. They were not pretty sights, but the people loved to see him get turned to pound meat.

Having made enough coin from this he took to the streets for the few years he had left of his teenage phase. Not enough coin to live long he learned to gamble and cheat. Stealing came like a second language. He was nimble and could dislocate and contort his body in ways others found extremely grotesque. For a big job he once twisted himself so small that he was able to fit in a rather minuscule crate. His in to a heist at a mansion, and it worked flawlessly. Being starved and not well fed robbed him of any real upper body musculature but he made up for it with sheer speed and agility.
