It's definitely not, although the memelord who shitposted too much used quite a large range, you have big chances of landing in that range every time your IP changes (every 12 hours). I was lucky to land in a different range this time, but I'm sure that once the 12 hours pass again, I'm getting back into that range. That happened two months ago, two weeks range banned and because I asked for support it wasn't for longer. I remember that Argentina also got range banned due to Taringa! idiots, and we got caught in the shitstorm.
