It's /int/ I'm not sure what standard of quality you're expecting but I bet it's unrealistic. People restrain the memes in good threads, just peruse the catalog and spot the memes, shitposting comes in waves against specific countries but long term memes like that, compared to standard wave shitposting doesn't just go away. Filtering it will give it more status because everyone using it will make funny variations to bypass the filter, while people who don't normally participate hop in just to have fun with the filter.

Also there's thousands of generic Portuguese names that can replace the current meme, and just as many more poo jokes to make. Filtering it at all is virtually impossible.
