I'd like to ask for clarification on global rule #13 in regards to /b/ drawthreads. This rule as listed as being enforced on /b/ under board specific rule #2. These threads run nearly 24/7 and can be found here: https://boards.4chan.org/b/#s=draw
These threads are inhabited by a large group of people who post the same (low effort) avatars constantly and break the forced anon aspect of the board. They have a big Skype group they bring into the threads, blog about their day, post the occasional real life picture that belongs on /soc/, and generally treat it as a /soc/ thread while people who are actually are TRYING to draw (the point of the thread) get flooded with low effort avatars. Most use file names and avatars as a defacto tripcode and actively seek to break the forced anon aspects of the board including using an addon called namesync to help break forced anon aspects of the board too.

The worst offenders have 7.5k+ posts since archival started on May 2015 and there are dozens of people who do this turning them into nothing more than avatar blog spamming and /soc/ level attention seeking (instead of being about drawing on an anonymous image board which is what the thread is about).
thousands of these are posted to these threads every day and it fuels spamming, doxing, drama, and other bullshit that could easily be avoided if global #13 was enforced and the forced anon aspect of the board respected. It seems to be a blatant rule violation of global 13 because it derails the thread away from drawing into avataring and blogging on a forced anon image board.
I also found this old feedback question which seems to be pretty cut and dry that this type of avataring, blogging, and disregard of forced anon isn't welcome on 4chan.
