¥4chan should be entirely lawless
>>

It's not cut out for it.

If you want that you'd have much better luck just starting from scratch inventing a whole new type of discussion site made for that purpose
>>
>>1579307
the world is entirely lawless already so there's only rules you choose to obey
>>
I couldn't disagree any more. Online where there is no such thing as repercussions, enforced rules are necessary to keep communities functional and enjoyable.
There are boards out there that have no rules if you really want to see cp and endless pages of spam, though.
>>
>>1579310
You'd need a good anti-spam system. There would still have to be moderation to remove CP, though.
>>
>>1579323
described /qa/ minus the cp posting
>>
>>1579323
I'd also say you would need to do something like get rid of thread bumping entirely and have threads stay alive a hell of a lot longer than they currently do.
And probably a few other things
>>
>>1579359
see some real spam
http://32ch.org/inta/10.html
>>
I could see something like:
¥huge number of pages
¥maximum thread creation rate across all IPs to prevent flooding
¥necrobumping incurs large cooldowns
¥precooldowns instead of postcooldowns (you have to have a cookie for a few minutes before you can post)
¥no mobile IP ranges
¥no Tor
¥nothing on public proxy lists
¥you get port scanned when you try to post and if you look like a proxy, you're banned
¥various anti-bot traps
>>
>>1579307
Just download tor
>>
>>1579392
spam is spam doesnt matter
>>
>>1579401
Are there any good .onion chans?
>>
>>1579388
You could have the text of threads last years or indefinitely and delete images as needed so you don't run out of disk space, with an mechanism to reupload.
>>
>>1579403
No.
>>
>>1579326
>remove CP
>anti-spam
That's not lawless
>>
>>1579428
I agree with that point as far as spam goes. But as for cp, I'm pretty sure the OP was talking about site rules not country laws. The site could have no rules and you'd still have to take cp down, since otherwise you'd probably get v& and the site would still be taken down anyway
>>
>>1579428
>>1579547
By spam I mean abusing flaws in the site design to interfere with others' discussions. You would still be able to post advertisements and such. I don't think lawlessness means that the site has to accept an unlimited number of posts.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
