Speaking from personal experience the scenario on the right has proven to be rather painful for a female on more than one occasion. Every woman prefers different things and some apparently don't care for their uterus being impaled. But hey, maybe they just didn't know what to do to prevent that from happening. These sort of things are a two way street you know.
