The Montreal Nova Bus is pretty comfortable. The right hand seats are easy to sleep in if you're dead tired.

Generally on the opposite side of the rear door. It makes it easier to get off and it is usually higher than the front half of the bus.

Usually in the middle/back by the window.

I usually stand in the bus

the majority of busses where I live are slightly modified single decker Mercedes-Benz citaro O530 12m twin-axel, which have two singles seats, one directly behind the driver and one adjacent to it. These are great for socially inept people like me who can't handle sitting next to random people. assuming these seats are already taken I usually try to find a window seat and pray nobody sits next to me
