What happened to 4tan.org?

from what I remember the owner said that the archive was going private but the bans page would stay public. it simply seems to be down right now

Which is almost completely pointless because it no longer shows a preview of the banned posts. The long overdue feature to filter bans by board is nice, but too late now to really be useful.
