What do you want to know first? Technology or technique?

On technology you have programs like FL Studio where you place music into beat tracks. It's a little advanced. But has the best sound.
On technique, start by humming melodies and later you can get into the backing tracks

Theory is unnecessary. Let me revise what I said a bit before. I was playing a game while I typed it.

For technology you get this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDq5AAYPxW8 or a version of it you can pirate online.

For technique, screw the theory. Just make melodies and try to convert them into electronic form. Then after that you can look up theory if you want, but I advise just doing whatever you want and trying to make it sound good to your own ears. Don't bother listening to people critique your work, it ends up with you trying to force yourself into appealing to them and their standards. You should know how you feel about your own work and not rely on others.

50% of music getting good sounds. The other 50% is actually being good at composing.
