>snowflake
That's interesting, I never realized that "snowflake" in that sense originated from Fight Club. It's funny how the movie became so popular among young men who seem to idolize Durden, the obvious antagonist. It's similar to how Orwell's books became popular among anti-socialists.
Someone explain the "insecure about how good he is in bed" part? It seems at odds with everything that came before it. Also
>When people call you a "snowflake" just remember they're quoting Fight club
>and that Tyler Durden isn't the hero but a personification of the main character's mental illness
The first quote above is false since even if "snowflake" being used figuratively in rudeness was popularized by then it certainly wasn't the first to do it, nor is every person who uses it in such a way conscious of the work "Fight Club", and the second quote is just fucking rude. Being a result of mental illness somehow means you can't be a hero?

Projection by whoever wrote the image.

Like that xkcd comic about negging where apparently the creator is projecting? I think the criticism against the xkcd one was worded differently, like his philosophy is narcissistic and insecure but basically.
fight club is trash
so is this thread

who are you quoting?
