Why is /a/ so shitty lately?

I know, shouldn't it be improving rather than getting worse though?

Teens are what makes 4chan good.
/a/ is /v/. A userbase that thinks pointlessly shitting on characters/character assassination is good, hopelessly tries to convince people that softcore porn isn't NSFW, and that shitposting about sex and masturbation is quality content.

I agree that /a/ is /v/ now but not for that reason.
You can't like an anime on /a/ anymore anytime you try to compliment an anime there's thousands of contrarian assholes spams threads about that anime being shit and anytime you try to argue with them they just respond by insulting the fanbase (kinda like /v/)
shit place for anime but then again what isn't?

Any userbase where the majority denies common decency and rules that try to make it enjoyable, is bad.
Anyway, here's an example of what I mean: >>>/v/388895005 How is THAT healthy discussion of the game or series? It's no more than a literal circlejerk. /a/ is full of threads and people who make it impossible for it to be a good environment for people who are genuinely interested in the topic. The sad fact is that a lot of people on all boards have little to no real respect for their topics.
4chan is bad now because you can't comfortably talk about something if you genuinely care about it and understand it.
