I came up with a way to reduce the amount of time I spend on this website significantly, while not leaving it completely. I've been doing this for about a month, and it's worked wonders.
Every day when I have free time, I set my phone's timer for 30 minutes. When the timer goes off, I finish up what I'm doing and close 4chan. Then I spend the rest of the day being as productive as possible. The next day, I repeat this process. I'm happier now than I've ever been, because I'm not dedicating my life to this website anymore. I highly recommend it to everyone.

There are programs you can get that will block access to chosen websites/programs after a certain amount of time or during certain times of day.
I can't remember what they were called, though.

Only a half hour every day? I don't think I could manage that but I do need to cut back. I spend more time on imageboards than doing any other single thing other than sleeping.
