I don't think I can find something which has a bad story and a good sound track.
Sound tracks are indicators of quality.

depends on how great of an atmosphere the OST creates,
you can have an over the top high budget track and still have fuck all happening on the screen
and atmosphere is very important in creating a piece of media you want someone to be able to understand and enjoy
