Whether it's disruptive or not, has potentially no bearing on if moderators will remove it or punish the offending poster. The rules, like any other set of rules, are open to interpretation. Unless you are the enforcer of those rules your interpretation is meaningless until you hold power to force your interpretation of the rules onto others.
