Fix /sci/

The board is full of shit, it's absolutely unbearable. Most threads are about IQ comparisons between whites and blacks, threads asking about the genetic differences between blacks and whites, threads asking why are blacks genetically inferior to whites, threads asking why are there no black scientists, that kind of thing. There's also a lot of general shitposting, pseudo-science, pop-science, cronysm, Facebook "can you solve this" problems, threads about drugs etc. The board is small so it's not like I'm asking to fix /v/ ok? A few threads I'm talking about.

You could post a sticky to prevent this kind of thing from happening like how /r9k/ got a no selfies sticky or just start caring about the site's quality in general beyond just /a/.
I know this is not a feedback board but my social anxiety is too severe to actually post this on the feedback page; if anyone has the balls to do it for me I'd greatly appreciate it.
